The lady taking orders wouldn’t speak up. She spoke very softly and I couldn’t hear her. Even my daughter who has perfect hearing couldn’t hear her. A customer that was waiting on her food then explained to us that we would be waiting for over an hour for anything, and that she ordered hers over an hour before we came. I asked if that was true and the lady at the register acted like she couldn’t give me a accurate answer if the lady was being truthful or not. I will not ever visit this place again. I went for pizza and got nothing. I just walked out. Poor communication with the lady up front. It sets the experience to be good or poor and she failed miserably.

Tracy / or Tracey I’m not sure of her spelling is very very very sweet. She’s great at her job. People were being very very rude to her for no reason and she kept smiling and working. She and the other kitchen staff made sure our order was HOT FRESH AND COOKED PERFECTLY.

This place is poorly run from the district manager all the way to the pizza makers. They are unorganized, slow, and flat out rude. I keep giving them chances and they keep disappointing me. Good thing there are so many other pizza options!

I ordered online 40 minutes away. I got there at the time the app said my order was ready. But they had not even started my order. Then they got 2 done and while I was waiting on the 3rd they put my pizzas in the warmer so they didn’t get cold(bonus right?) No. They gave 1 of my pizzas that was already don’t to another customer who came in after me. I waited over an hour for 3 pizzas. I did get a refund when the manager heard what had happened but it’s happened before recently. Probably not going back there.

Sat in the drive thru for approx 20 minutes. Had to wave down the employee who had no idea what was going on. Right after that my order was placed and told it’s going to be a minute. Will never return to this location. Highe more compentent staff.

Absolute down right the worst!! Five people working in the place and I’m sitting at the drive thru for 10 min and everybody walks by (like turtles) and looks and doesn’t even come to take my order so I go in and ask if they are taking people at the window and one of them says yes I just haven’t had time to walk over there yet. But you have time to horseplay around with the other people that work there..?.

I stopped in on a rainy Friday afternoon. I asked if they had an Hawaiian pizza already made. They said they didn’t, but they could make one fresh. I told them I would wait and that I also needed one Cheese and one Pepperoni pizza. They made all 3 pizzas quickly. The pizzas were excellent – hot and fresh. It was a pleasure to receive such great customer service on Veteran’s Day (and I never mentioned that I am a Veteran). The manager, Wanda Fowler and Jerry are great employees and provided excellent service.
