BE AWARE, VERY DANGEROUS PLACE! Please be very aware of what you are getting yourself into ordering at this location. The management is horrible, and do not care one bit. If you order online, and you get a notification that order is ready… Jokes on you, because it’s not and it’ll take another hour on top of the time when you ordered. When you get your food please look before you leave, they gave me wings that were eaten. I have pictures to proof it. & I tried calling corporate, customer service, and the actual location. At the location, no one answer the phone. & I waited for 30 minutes to get customer service on phone for them to tell me they are going to contact owner because this is a franchise. This needs to be rectified. Please be careful!

Placed an order online, was called and informed they didn’t have what we ordered which was fine but when I requested the order to be canceled they told me they can’t do anything about it and I had to do it from the app even though I didn’t place the order through their app. I called the customer service number to have them cancel the order and the lady said she couldn’t help me and needed to transfer me and when I asked if who’s she transferring me to can cancel the order she said “I cannot give you any information regarding that” and then put me on hold, no answer for 20+ minutes. So now I’m charged for food I never got. Basically theft.

No stars today for little Cesar in Fayetteville Ga. Ordered a stuffed pretzel crust for my daughter and I. We were looking forward to the pretzel crust. The pizza crust on the bottom was not cooked throughout and the amount of grease with the overwhelming amount of salt was unbearable to continue to eat. Returned to the store with the pizza for a refund spoke to the employee that sold me the pizza and explained the above. She informed me she could not complete a refund because I ate a slice. Ok so I asked for her manager who showed up and explained the above to him. I gave him several opportunity,s to refund my purchase. He explained to me that he could not refund me the money because I had eaten a piece of the pizza I explain to him how can I have an issue with an item purchased or cooked if I don’t taste it no answer once again I asked him to refund and he denied. This did not make any sense to me as I scratch my head no common sense here. Beware if you purchase from the store you need to ask upfront what their refund policy is if it’s not cooked properly and 90% of the pizza is returned. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. Would’ve been better off at the grocery store.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Times is hard, so when folks spend their hard earned money at your establishment, at least give us what we ordered Did not get an extra most bestest, like I ordered. And the whole pizza was white, like they cooked it for 2 minutes. I was so mad, I threw my whole order in the trash. Thanks to this location, I’m done getting fast food from nasty people who don’t value their customers.
