The employees here don’t address you when you walk in, they look so miserable. Every time the door opens, there’s a chiming sound so you know that someone walked in. But they don’t budge, they just stay in the kitchen. Most of their food is never “Hot n Ready”. If everyone is just hanging out in the kitchen and not taking any orders, how come there is still no food ready? This happens all the time. Last time, the woman behind me in line had to scream and shout for us to get any attention at all. I waited 10 minutes before someone came out of hiding. The food is okay, it’s just good for the price (some of it is, anyway). Making people pay for marinara when they order pizza at a restaurant that “specializes” in pizza is a joke.

I have went to this location three times at lunch. They never have anything ready and the employees are just standing around. One employee is laying across the table in the back on their phone. The lady at the register has no clue what is going on and saying everyone’s money feels fake. This location needs better management and employees that want to work instead of just getting a pay check. I guess that’s why everybody complains about this location. The location at Publix inNew Georgia never have any problems.

Pizza was pretty good. I liked the convenience of ordering online but when I arrived after receiving a notification my order was ready. I had to wait an additional 5-8 minutes for my cheese bread. The gentleman was nice enough to tell me they were still waiting for my order to finish. Just Fyi, check your order before leaving.

Do yourself a favor and order earlier in the day. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and received a regular crust. Last time, I got a pretzel crust, but it was way undercooked. You get what you pay for, I guess

Management & Training is necessary at this location. The cashier was pleasant, but not on her game. It was extremely busy. I ALWAYS order on the app so I can walk in and pick up my pizza from the kiosk. I ordered the pizza at 6:00 PM and the app told me it would be ready at 6:43 PM. Not really the HOT-N-READY Little Caesars of the old days, but fine. I went in at 6:45 to pick up my pizza and it wasn’t ready. Not in the kiosk or on the rack. The app never told me it was ready until 7:15. The only reason I got it was because they messed up someone else’s order and her pizza is what I ordered. The place was total chaos.

Every time you order and use the portal and have to get dips the workers will see you and never come to help or ask if you need anything this has not happened at least 3 times to me. They customers are what make a business and I am about done with this place
