This place is ridiculous. I had an online order to pick up at 12. It’s currently 12:16, and nobody has come to help. Of course, the machine to pick up your order is broken. The lady came out to help one customer, who’s been waiting forever, as soon as he gave him his items, she left and went back into the kitchen. This is terrible service. If you’re shorthanded, you still have to help the customers in the store. This will be my last visit here. They either need to hire more staff or block online orders.

Everytime I come to this little Caesars they always have a super long wait. I ordered my pizza ahead and received a email saying it was ready. I stood in line for about 10 minutes only to get to the counter and the girl tell me that it will be another 15 minutes. It’s always something with this location. Typically I go to the one on South Cobb for this very reason… this will be the last time. What happened to Hot n Ready? There’s never no pizzas ready, even when you pre-order smh

This is the best little cesars I have ever eaten at. There was only one lady working. But she took her time and obviously took pride in her work. I live 1/10 of a mile from the location o. South cobb. But I would NEVER go back there. This is the only location I will go to. The extra drive is definitely worth it. Next time I will find out her name so I can suggest for her to get a raise!!!

Pizza hard as a rock!! Horrible Customer Service and quality of food. When I walked in the cashier was being rude to a pregnant lady. The pregnant lady walked out with her little boy. When I came time for me to order I asked what was available she said PIZZA!! okey-dokey can I please get cheese and pepperoni. She said NO!! I have one pepperoni and we don’t make pizza ahead like that… you have to place an order. So I tried to place an order. Before I could even say some thing she told me it’s gonna take about 10 to 15 minutes to get. And she had an attitude because someone was waiting for her on the phone. Since I was in a rush, I just told her you know what just give me that one pepperoni pizza you have charge me my almost 8 dollars for a box of pepperoni OK when I got home to feed my kids this pizza was hard enough to chip a tooth. I try to call the store to see if I can get the pizza remade so I can take the hard one that she did not pick up. I waited 30 minutes I called back again would not pick up I called a few more times nobody’s picking up at this point I’m gonna head to the store and request a refund. Get me wrong I love little Caesars. Just do not go to this store. It’s horrible now I understand why pregnant lady got so frustrated. Wish I could’ve taken a video.

I gave it 4 stars because I love Little Ceasars, and I didn’t have anything really go wrong; however, my pizza wasn’t as well done as I like it. The bottom of the pizza was just too doughy. I just threw it in the oven when I got home and it tasted great afterthat. The employee that took my order did a fine job seemed like a nice kid

The front end young lady was not welcoming at all. But the pizza and wings were the Worst! The pizza was not a meat lover, as I ordered, and the wings were hot wings with some horrible, non-tasting parmesan liquid that was not good to look at either. Try the bbq joint next door. That food was great and it didn’t cost as much as that dry, nasty pizza. I won’t be coming back to get pizza from this location.

Ever since the whole Hispanics staff they had is gone, the store has gone downhill. Expect to wait 3 hours for the cashier to attend to you and another hour to get your pizza. Even a simple “hot and ready” pepperoni pizza ‍♂️

UPDATE: After a month of no responses from Corporate, the store not answering their phone, and the assist store manager refusing to give the refund, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my credit card. Whatever you do, do NOT order on their website. If they’re out of items upon arrival, they will not refund your money and will send you to corporate. Corporate won’t respond – at least they haven’t to me after several emails and phone calls.

Horrible ! The staff could care less. They where huddled up talking. I didn’t get a receipt. I waited for my order 15 mins. For a guy to finally say u waiting on something I replied yes I’m waiting on a order I paid for only one guy came in after me. Food only needed to be cut but it wasn’t until I said something. Never again at this location. And seen two coworkers leave to go smoke cigarettes!

Last night while ordering I didn’t realize that the app automatically sets your order for pickup the next day at 8:30 pm. After realizing the mistake I went inside of Little Caesars to let them know that it was an accident and that I needed to cancel the order. Once I was inside I was met with the rudest attitude I think I have ever dealt with. I told the lady who was turning off the open light at 8:40 that I had accidentally placed an order to be picked up in the morning and that I needed to cancel it and order in store instead. At this point this female laughed at me and said, “You’ll just have to pick it up in the morning and pay attention when you’re ordering we can’t cancel that.” I told her that I have work and cannot come at 11:30 AM to which she continued laughing, I didn’t want to cause a scene so I asked if I could just order more and I’ll just cut my losses with the others although it was $15 I really didn’t have to spare. She walked to the back saying “We’re closed” despite the fact it was 8:41 at this point and bread in the warmers. All I was ordering was crazy bread. I waited for a couple minutes and the entire staff in the back was laughing and making fun of us while we were still in the store. Finally my 12 year old daughter and I left and once we were in the car the employees were in the window laughing and making foul gestures. I’m not sure why such a scene was made over me simply requesting to cancel one order and place another. It was not that serious and at no point was I rude or unreasonable. I do know that I am completely done with Little Caesars. This was the most elementary display of behavior I have ever encountered especially considering this woman had to be in her mid to late 40s and possibly even 50s. These were adult adults, not kids. All they had to say was sorry we can’t refund you and we are closing. I get it I would have been disappointed but we would live. It was the attitude and behavior behind it and the fact my 12 year old had to witness adults acting this way.
