Charged me twice for a pizza didn’t return my money as of yet. Then tried to make it like they was doing me. Favor by giving. Me a dipping sauce that is willing to pay for. Still didn’t get my money yet…

I have been here many times. Online ordering first is super important. I really like the service here. Sharp people good food and always Hot and Ready…. Wait can be long during busy times. Order online and you will walk out with a hot pizza while everyone waits. My go to place

The person who took my order was nice but clearly overwhelmed. There were no pizzas ready, and people were complaining about wait times. I waited 20 minutes, but the pizzas were fresh, and my grandkids liked them.

This place is absolute trash. Communication non existent. If the system down shut down online ordering. The turn over rate is high. It’s disgusting in there. They blast vulgar music, play fight in the back, eat where pizzas are being prepared, nobody wearing hair nets or gloves. They charge you for items that are out of stock. Getting a refund is damn near impossible. Forget tryna get in touch with corporate. Staff don’t know how to make certain pizzas. Like the list goes on. Whether u order online or call in you gotta wait. Pizzas look horrible. This place is ridiculous. Once upon a time this place was descent. Idk what the hell goin on in there now. Avoid if you can.

There were so many things wrong with this place. I came in 10 minutes after the ready for pick up email and only part of the order was given. They only started working on the rest after I asked. The person that put my crazy bread in the oven came back from his break didn’t use gloves nor wash his hands. We got home and found the crazy bread wasn’t even cooked.

Went in for a pizza. Asked if they had anything ready because they were super busy. They said cheese which was fine. I took it without looking. Got home and it was hard and barely warm. Tried to call twice to see if I could swap it or get a coupon for another cheese pizza a burger couldn’t get an answer.
My experiece
Honestly I was in a rush and didn’t open the box until I got home which was out of the norm the look and the quality was equally horrible. Extremely greasy. If you don’t eat a lot of grease this is not what you want. This was a one time visit for me. I normally do Papa John’s went here because of it was available. Convenience is not always the better route to take.
