Was here a few months ago, and I placed an online order for pick up at 9 pm. So when it got closer to the time to pick up the food, they were closed for the day. Even though it was open until 10 p.m., they still accepted my order and took payment. Never in my life that I had felt so cheated out of money I was literally giving them money I don’t have and I show up and they not even I felt robbed the and the girl that was there didn’t even speak English so I just walked away. I don’t see how they have been open this long with all these 1-star reviews. Horrible experience here. Don’t come here don’t order from they will leave you in a messed up situation due to lack of leadership.

I went during the day and couldn’t tell if it was open. The interior appeared to have its lights off and out of business. I considered driving away. After a few moments, I checked the door and it was open for business. Maybe add an ‘open’ sign to be clear that it is indeed open.

The new causcasian gentleman at the front during day shift had poor customer service. They messed up my two pizza orders and when I was reviewing my orders to make sure it was done correctly he kept talking over me. He talks faster that’s he thinks. He also proceeds to blame the workers in the back. He needs to get it together. I’m sorry but very ineffective to be making pizzas over and over all because you fail to listen to the customers order because you’re busy talking over them running your mouth s mile a minute. I hate writing anything negative but it is the truth.

Made an online order, came to pick up. Sign on window saying no walk in orders which worked for me since I’m not one. But door was locked. Knocked on door & called. No answer. If y’all aren’t available, just say so. Ridiculous.

I had an online order placed at 8:06 pm I got to the store at 8:30 the guy told me he was the only one working which I took into consideration he told me 15 minutes I gave him 25 he told me another 15 minutes after so had already been waiting. Where is management why was he left alone? I’ll never come back to this location!

I came to order pizza was working in the area. Staff really nice. Pizza actually looked like the commercial. They deserved 5 stars. Most fast food service don’t have great customer service..but they were awesome. Not to mention did have to wait long.

Ordered pizzas online to be ready at 4pm. Even with six hours notice, they were not ready at 4. I was told to give them 20-25 more minutes. Upon return they STILL are not ready and are asking for 15 MORE minutes. Why bother ordering ahead at all. Do not use this location.

When we arrived to pick up the order that we made through the app, we were told by the guy working the front that he was out of cheese until 2 minutes before we arrived. He did quickly start making our order and it was tasty, well done. Basically this store is a hit or miss.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! ordered online. Got there, they turned off the lights and locked the door. Said that they ran out of cheese at 6 pm. WHY WOULD YOU NOT CLOSE THE THE ORDERING LINES? They kept accepting orders so everyone is pulling up and there was a line of people that needed a refund. This could’ve been avoided with a little common sense.

This place is understaffed and pizzas be burnt and they don’t even slice the pizzas all the way. For almost ten minutes the pizza showed how it was still in the oven. I finally walked in because it was overcrowded. The worker claims she placed it in the pizza portal so why not update the process as you go? I don’t know what’s up but you should only grab what’s yours from the portal! I am blaming the establishment because they didn’t update anything. Looks real shady move!
