Rude staff doesn’t know how to count change and made the comment “you don’t know math” very rude had to call manager over to get correct change back. I visit this establishment every weekend and I must say that previous visits were much pleasant than this past weekend on Saturday evening. Upon my arrival only one employee greeted me and that was the young man making the pizzas the other young lady was standing in the drive through window and there was another young lady dressed in all black sitting in chair, upon my entry I hear the young lady seated using foul language, she didn’t even stand up when first initially started to take my order. As I stated I’m here every weekend and I have never had this experience the staff is usually very high energy and friendly as I stated previously the gentlemen did greet me as soon as I got the counter.

Please hire better workers and better management . The first thing I saw when I walked in was an employee behind the counter wearing slides with shorts and using his phone . Is this the kind of uniform workers should be wearing ?This is what you wear when you are at home. It is 9:26pm and customers are walking in but are being told that they can’t have their orders taken because they have too many orders on their screen.The door says they close at 11:00pm. Too many orders on the screen shouldn’t prevent employees from taking orders .That is what you call being lazy . More orders is good for the business.Might as well change the closing time to 9:00pm.I waited 20 minutes for my pizza . I thought this was hot n ready?

Aliyah and Kiara provided excellent customer service. They were professional and polite. However, I did not feel comfortable with atmosphere. It was too hot inside. The employees were sweating as though they were going to pass out. They need to install a air conditioner.

This store has no management and a bunch of kids working, and they listening to explicit music loud as it can go. Yelling back and forth at each other instead of turning the music down. And I had to walk out cause I couldn’t hear myself think. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. And still ended up with a cold pizza, what happened to hot and ready. Never again at this location.

I will never order from Indian Trail Lilburn Rd location again. I placed an order online for pickup at a later time. Then a couple of minutes later I received an email saying they canceled my order. I call the pizza place asking why they canceled my order. First she said the driver couldn’t find me. I tell her my order wasn’t for delivery. Second time she said we’re out of bread. I said so you’re saying yall don’t have bread for the pizza. Then she said well we have 30 pizzas ahead and unable to make your order. I said but I placed the order for 2 hours later for pickup. I asked her who is the store manager is then she said we don’t have one. This pizza place is very unprofessional and rude. I am very upset and disappointed. I will never order from that location again. I hope corporate or whomever owns that location do something about the employees that work there because they will lose more customers.

Today i pass by and this lady was so rude when i went thru the drive thru she was just looking at me with a bad face she did not even ask me what i want or anything so I make my order I gave her cash she say Nooo only card but with a bad attitude than she told me so you want it I say No never mind I DID HAVE CARD BUT WITH THAT DISGUSTING ATTITUDE I DID NOT FEEL CONFORTABLE ORDERING MY KIDS PIZZA I DONT KNOW HOW CAN THIS KIND OF PEOPLE GET HIRED !!!! FYI This place is CLOSED! I ordered online 24 hours in advance. After being notified several time of delays, our delivery was an hour late and no where to be found. We drove to the store ourselves & found this location CLOSED at 1:30pm on Sunday May 7, 2023. Would have been nice to know this location was closed before we order food for our PARTY that never showed up. What an absolute disaster. Terrible communication.

Most people will obviously come to the reviews to complain, but not as often to compliment. I read through a lot of the negative comments, and most were related to speed of service or how well they were served. What a lot of these people forget is this staff is not as big as they need to be for the demand and they are trying their hardest which is what matters most. I came in to the location at 9:30, 30min before close. I walked in, only waited less than 2min and was acknowledge, helped, and out the door in another minute. Natasha helped me out and is very very nice! She was working hard and being very diligent while helping customers. Give her a raise!! Pizza taste great, and so do the bread sticks. Thanks Natasha!
