I recently had a bad experience at Little Caesars (3425 Centerville Hwy Suite B Snellville Ga 30039). To begin with, it was really hot as I walked into the restaurant! People would stand in line and prop the door open with their foot to get some fresh air. While handling clients’ orders, I saw the young man at the register sweating considerably. This business is run incompetently; there are flies everywhere and roaches beneath the self-service kiosk. The cooks from the back of the store would come up to the front, cursing and grumbling about how long the line was and how they couldn’t move quickly because of the crowds.

The worst in the area by FAR, they always forget something, or over or undercook something, or mess up in some way. Its run by a bunch of irresponsible teens and young adults. I’m not asking for perfection, just a half way decent job. I ordered a pizza from here once and came 45 minutes before they closed and they locked the door, took someone 5 mins to open, even though they were all sitting at the front staring, when they let us in to pick up a pre ordered pizza 90 percent of them gained an attitude, the teen girl at the register rolled her eyes and was eating a d said shes not dealing with it and walked into the back, the only decent one was a young man who helped. Literally the worst, when i was younger before in guessing the new ownership, iy was soooooo much better. Go to the one on five forks trickum road, its by far superior, its always hot, it comes out quick and it at least resembles a pizza.

Ordered 2 orders of Italian cheese bread and they both were raw inside. Returned to store to request refund and store refused to refund money. Apparently Natasha S. who wasn’t even at the store is the owner and was contacted by the employee working and told the employee not give a refund. It’s not about the refund, it’s more about the practice of being accountable for the quality of food you’re selling to the public. Your business practices say a lot about you and the business you’re poorly running.

Service here is garbage! Open but refuse to service walk in customers because of “too” many online orders! The employees working are extremely rude especially a young lady by the name of “Tiffany” @ your Centerville Hwy location. Try staffing your stores with an adequate number of employees instead of one person during lunch & dinner hours!

Worst experience ever! I waited 30 minutes to get my order inside while burning up due to the air not working in the front. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread only to ask for a marina and be told it was $1. Just a suggestion, maybe making others aware of the marinara not being included in the price for cheesy bread will save an extra card swipe for only $1. I will not be going back.

Very bad costumer service. The wait for a hot and ready is extremely long. I have been waiting for over an hour and I had already ordered ahead. Other customers are getting mad at the rude employees. Seems like it’s just silly kids that don’t take their job seriously working here. They are just playing in the back . I’m y husband asked for our money back and they said they couldn’t give a refund. I am never coming here again! . I’ll just stick to Dominoes.

First of all I was told to order my pizza online which I did at 8:31 and told it will be ready at 8:48 I got there at.9:09 and people were ordering in store, at 9:22 my pizza still wasn’t ready and was told they were just putting my pizza in the oven and it won’t be ready until 12 minutes……… I promise you I won’t be ordering any pizza from this location anymore, they are so unprofessional and unpleasant…… they didn’t apologize for my pizza being made late and didn’t even show any care, by far the worst pizza place ever…. wish they do better
