Went today Monday 5/15/23 at 2:33pm- to order a hot n ready – half cheese and half no cheese. I have ordered it like this before and have had no problems but the big African American lady behind the counter has such a bad attitude and told me that it wasn’t a “hot n ready”. Then she charged me my order as a custom pizza without telling me that she would do this as if I wouldn’t see how much she was charging me. I asked her about the price. She yelled at me and said that “well, you ordered a custom pizza!” LoL. I told her No thanks and told her have a great day- she shrieked “God Bless you!” – so scary. Mind you, I had my 3 year old daughter with me as well. I am not sure why she is still employed esp since I have heard from others about her terrible attitude. I was always able to avoid her until today- stay away from this little ceasars and definitely do not take your children in there because she is terrible !!!!! She will definitely scare your children. I had a very good conversation with my three year old on how to deal with people who are mean and scary but felt sad that she had to experience that with this lady at little Caesar’s. Thankfully someone else complained on here about their poor experience with her in the past with a picture of her, and I am attaching their picture of her.

I have been ordering food from this location for years and customer service has been good to decent. This review is not from my last order, instead it covers the last 5 orders due to understanding sometimes we have bad days. In the past the store has had multiple employees working at once, but due to the pandemic, it seems there’s 1 if not 2 people working now.

Same story as everyone. One particular lady employee. I’ve seen reviews of her for the past 10 months. When will management understand the issue is driving business away. I will try to avoid this location moving forward and in a year try again. Bad on her but bad on leadership for letting this poor attitude and experience continue.

If you had asked me not too long ago, I would have given a lower rating. Things have improved somewhat but still could be better. As of today, the ‘Pizza Portal’ for inputting a code into for retrieving your pizza has not worked for the last 2 to 3 visits. Also, those building pizzas have done better than before but, it’s my belief, more sauce is needed. Whoever cuts the pizza needs to cut down stronger to allow much better separation of slices. Almost always, slices are VERY difficult to separate from the whole pie. A smile from workers could go a long way!

The pizza actually SMELLED repulsive and had the consistency of a wet towel. I’ve had good little ceaser’s and I was craving it, but the food I got I honestly don’t have words for. This location is right by my house so I go here occasionally but this is the 3rd time in the past 6 months their food has been so unappealing I can’t eat it. Maybe it would be better if they had more than one person working, and maybe I wouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for a “hot and ready” pizza. I give up with this location, it’s much more worth it to drive across town to a different one, trust me, I’ve tried.

We picked up our order today, 6/5 at 1730. We didn’t open the box and this surprised us. We took a bite and it wasn’t even baked well. Both of our pizzas looked like this but I didn’t even bother to take a picture of the other one. Also ordered a crazy bread with sauce in the same order but we didn’t get any sauce.

The deep dish pizzas I ordered was delicious Made perfectly & was right on time when I came to pick up in store. The ladies worker was really nice and showed me how to use the pizza portal.

We’ve tried to give this location several chances but ever since one certain employee started working there, things have gotten terrible: on multiple occasions she has either been yelling at customers, or completely ignoring customers, or just staring at her phone and ignoring customers.

I haven’t had any good little Caesar’s pizza since I was a child. I decided to order from this location and HFS IT WAS 10/10 so good! I don’t know who was working tonight but they deserve a raise! I read some of the reviews and I was worried like really really worried I was about to cancel my order worried. Let me tell ya, idk what the past reviews are from but that was the best little Caesar’s experience I’ve had in several years! S/o whoever made my food you’re literally the goat! Everything was literally perfect. No complaints. Like bro even the bread sticks came out perfect. If they didn’t live up to your expectations before give this place another chance, any time I crave Little Caesars I’m ordering from here!
