So I called in my order here at this location at 6:28 pm and it is 7:35 pm an my order isn’t done. This location needs new training and they need to take a coarse in professionalism on how to talk to the customer. I will edit my post once I get my food so I can show you all what a pizza looks like after waiting for over an hour for it.

This location is just horrible!. The store is not clean, the employees are disrespectful and rude, and the food is never hot and fresh and you never get what you order. For example if you pay for extra meat or veggies, you never get what you pay for. The employees are never prompt with your order. This restaurant location need a whole new makeover starting with management, to employees under management, food, then last but not least customer service. I would never spend my money here again. This location really needs a lot of work!..

Pretzel crust pizza covered in pretzel salt! Like covered! It’s under the cheese, on top of the cheese, and it’s impossible to scrape off. Even scraped off the dough is still too salty to eat!

Before my last visit I would’ve given a higher score but this last visit…..not anymore. This time I didn’t get any ready and hot pizza had to wait for order. People in back don’t wear gloves, touching things like texting then don’t wash hands. There were kids back there sitting on boxes which was nasty cause they were unused. Not once did I see anyone wash their hands. The person who rung me up went straight back to put together some else’s order never washed hands. I canceled my order and went somewhere else.

Employees should have on hair nets if they have long hair. The guys hair is long and cover there whole faces. Constantly on phone. They were not washing their hands. Cashiers were not friendly. They use to have great customer service and pizzas.

One pizza was burned, and half of the toppings were cooked on the edge of the pizza. At first glance, it looked like they had slid off the pizza, but they were cooked that way (the cheese & toppings were all burned to the side and bottom of the pizza). The 2nd pizza was just wrong altogether. The crazy bread was hard as a rock. I mean, you could take it out of the bag and bang it on the table! Both bags were hard and unedible.

There is nothing wrong with the pizza it’s the same as any other little Ceasars. The service on the other hand is horrendous. I call in to place a order and was asked if they could or me on hold, no big deal so I said yes. I don’t know how their hold works but I could hear everything that was going on in the background. While I was on hold they took at least seven orders in front of me and then hung up on me after 5 and 1/2 minutes. By time I was able to get through a second time the wait time had gone from 10 minutes to over 25.
