I went to this location on 2/05/2022 and placed my order at 4:57 PM. I was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but then the employees said they had a “big big order” and everyone would have to wait but they still continued taking orders they knew they could not fulfil and refused to give refunds with the excuse that there was no manager there.

I went through drive through and got the lunch special. I was the only on in line and it was during lunch but I still had to wait 15 minutes on my order. If it’s the lunch special why didn’t they have any ready? When people are on lunch break it’s only 30 minutes to drive there order get your food eat and get back to work. So waiting 15 minutes was really cutting into my break I wasted half my lunch break waiting for it to be cooked. Very disappointed.

Was told 10 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, I was there for roughly 50 and it was barely warm when it finally came out. For almost an hour wait, i can get much better food i wanted something quick so i could continue my day. It wasn’t like it was some odd time, it was 7 pm.The guy appeared to be on something, he acted very oddly. This isn’t the first time wait times have been ridiculous but this whole interaction was awful at best. Wont be back, atleast at this location.

Ordered a pretzel crust, they gave me a regular pepperoni. I showed the manager on duty and she told me it was a pretzel crust. I have had the pretzel crust before AND worked there, so I know for a fact she was just too lazy to remake the actual order. I had to ask for a refund because they couldn’t make a pepperoni pizza. This location can’t keep management and the crew they have are incompetent.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I came around 9:30 looking to order to 3 meat regular crust pizza and was told they didn’t have any dough and it would take 24 hours therefore I could only get thin crust was in a rush so settled for that. They charged me for a custom pizza even though they told me that if I wanted anything thin crust was basically the only option but still charged more. Also I repeated 2 three meats multiple time. To end up waiting 15 min for one and was given a attitude when I told them I said to and asked about the price. Bad management at this point because how do you not have any dough and try to say you can’t go against price but forcing people to get thin crust like WOW. Oh yeah and he didn’t bother to cut the second pizza I guess to be petty.

I always brag to someone and tell them what a great job that they are doing. But on this particular evening that was far from what I was thinking. If it would have been my first time going there and had that experience i would have never went back. Very rude. Not welcoming at all. Hopefully she isn’t that Unhappy all the time

Went to this location on 09/12/17 around 3-4pm (it was storm day) I understand employees want to leave early because of the hurricane but at least they need to give customers fully cooked product. ordered 2 pizzas and 1 order of bread sticks. none of them was hot and ready and even half of one pizza’s edge and whole breadsticks were totally undercooked (almost close to fresh dough). we had to wait about 10 to 15 mins to get lukewarm dough. had to cook in the house oven for about 15-20 mins . only because this location’s pizzas are not all the time like this, so I gave them 2 stars. if you don’t want to buy lukewarm-and-wait pizza and come back home to cook further yourself check your received products before you leave the store. (the last pic is what COOKED dough supposed to look like)
