The last 2 times I’ve been I asked for a hot and ready pepperoni and the wait was 15 to 20 minutes and nobody was there. The kids just didn’t want to work anymore. It was 825 so I assume they were done for the day. You should probably close at 8 if that’s the case. This is little Caesars. Your whole selling point and market is quick and ready.

My wife called in and order I left work to go pick it up paid for it and lady told me it wasn’t quite ready so I asked her I said what do I do pull around front and she said yes if you don’t mind I pulled around front almost an hour later I decided to go back to the drive-thru they pulled my pizza out of one of the warmers and gave to me I was mad because I sat there and waited so long I have never had to wait like that before pizza was always brought out to me out front or it was ready when I got there and they just handed my order to me when I paid got home pizza one of the pizzas was overcooked on the bottom and burnt rest of it I asked for well done and it was not well done it was gooey very disappointed I called and talked with the assistant manager she said hang on a minute and she went and she came back in a few minutes and she told me that she talked to the girl and the girl told me to come back around through the window in 5 minutes which I told the matter she did not tell me that and that was the end of it very disappointed while I was sitting out front watching the young people inside playing laughing having a good time while I’m out there being mad and not getting my food not professional at all

This location in my opinion USED to be HANDS DOWN THE BEST. The past 2 years though, it has gone WAY DOWN HILL!! The people they hire are mainly rude to their customers or I’m sorry but don’t know how to make a simple pizza apparently!! I go out of my way to go to a different location because every time I stop here and give it a try again, it’s always a BAD EXPERIENCE! This most recent time I had to bite my tongue from just flaring off because “if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” BUT COME ON NOW, HOW CAN YOU NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH A PIZZA? ALSO HOW DO YOU ONLY DO 1/3 OF THE CRUST, “CRAZY CRUST” AND MISS THE REST OF THE PIZZA THEN NOT EVEN GET IT ON THE CRUST AT ALL ON MY SECOND PIZZA?? WHAT SHAME THEY HAVE LET THIS STORE BECOME!!!

Very unprofessional!!! This location closes at 9 pm. I called them at 5 mins after 8 and no one picked up. I then called them 3 more times right after that on my way to their store and no one still picked up. I figured maybe they were busy. Then I pull up at the drive thru and there are no customers at all inside or at the drive thru. The worker then comes to the window and tells me that she can’t make any orders at the moment with meat because the other worker named Bree says that they’re too close to closing. At that time it was only 8:20. They still had 40 mins before closing and had they answered the phone my order would’ve been ready before I got there. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
