The food is OK. Could be better. Always have to wait…no matter what time we visit. Pizza is often just warm…not fresh. They rarely use both drive thru windows, but cars are always lined up for service.

I ordered pizza for the homeless people downtown and passed them out to as many showed up ordered 12 and 12 were fed. I also made sure to give water. I spent an hour with them and I had a good time

Amazing service! It was super busy, but the woman at the window was amazing! She was handling both the inside and window orders and was so pleasant! It didn’t appear that anyone was helping her, but she took it in stride. Great service!

While this franchise has great food, they are constantly busy and the wait time can be ludicrous. We were given a “pager” bc our pizza wasn’t ready. After a 45 min wait, our pizza was cold bc they forgot to trigger the pager.

I ordered pizza online. Waited for the notification to pick it up. Went to the store, took 30 more mins. To go through drive Thur to pick my order up. The associate at the window was cussing at the other associates, very unprofessional. If you put in an order online and you wait to pick it up, it should not take 30 mins. to pick up your order. I received the pizza, it was overcooked and lukewarm! Not a pleasant experience.
