They regularly send out delivery orders wrong and want you to bring back the food in order to get it remade. On two separate occasions I’ve had food remade and they REMADE IT WRONG. Absolutely bottom of the barrel employees here, luckily the food is cheap and good because it’s pizza so I still order when I want to eat out for cheap

Normally not one for reviews, and while I could go on about the poor quality, I’m most concerned about how the staff (maybe it was the manager? Not 100%) interact with each other in front of customers. The boy who rang me up was extremely sweet, definitely handled an influx of people coming in best he could, just to hear him getting yelled at and blamed almost from the lobby with smaller children that could hear it. Whoever it was, very unprofessional and uncalled for.

We did a walk-in service for a large cheese, pizza, breadsticks, and marinara sauce for my eight year old. She doesn’t eat meat and their teenybopper children They have working for them doesn’t check their stuff and gives us a pepperoni pizza when I called back the manager a child says unless you bring the pizza back. We’re not replacing it.Then I’m transferred to maybe a adult to say you have to bring the pizza back. I’m 20 minutes away. I’m not driving back 40 minutes round trip for a pizza . I think they need better management and customer service. And at least to apologize when you mess up someone’s order. I have been here several times and every time they seem to mess up some thing so this will be my last visit there. I hope in the future they treat customers better and get some real managers that know how to treat customers

Came in for a cheese pizza at 9:35,and was told no custom orders after 9:30. Literally just a cheese pizza…if you want to leave at 10 close at 9…your store closes at 10. I understand customer service and kitchen cleanup sucks, but set your hours appropriately little ceasers. Will take my business to Domino’s from now on even though they are more expensive.

Stopped by to try the pretzel pizza and get some crazy bread & I wasn’t disappointed. Nacho cheese instead of the normal sauce and pretzel dough for the crust. Very tasty. It was really busy that night and the wait was about 25 -30 mins but it was worth it.

This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!! Awful place!!! To start with the staff was rude as ever! Pizza wasn’t cut and the other was stale!! We got our food at 9:20, When I went back to the store, it was 9:30 and as I’m walking to the door one of the ladies working ran to the door, locked the door, and ignored everyone who was at the door. due to being on her phone, the other lady was also ignoring everyone. ( all unhappy customers who’s food was messed up) not to mention it took almost an hour for us to get our food!! Horrible staff needs to be all fired for not doing their job!!

It has been awful! Never has a reliable or even stable quality of pizza! Sometimes it is amazing, here lately just greasy, burned and it is either wait 10 minutes because they have nothing or one that looks like it was left over from the night before!!! Wish they would do better because it used to be the place to go…
