Little Caesars Pizza has a nice new building and fast and friendly service at the drive-thru . Today had chicken wings that tasted as if they were fresh up , hot and delicious. The pizza was smelling good as we went to the drive thru window. Thanks for the Hard Work ! And THANKS AGAIN !

Second time in a row that my pizza was wrong and had bad service. I asked for a manager and got a smart mouthed kid who was very rude. The drive-thru lady came around and made my order right. She was the only positive thing about this trip.

First let me say they are at 481 72 By pass not 581. Got the Detroit Deep Dish with double mushroom. Had RAW dough in middle see pics. Called manager. Talked to Kim. Said she would put another in oven. It too was raw. Despite us being pressed for time and the 3 mile drive she never offered to compensate us. It was a terrible experience. We will never go again.

Although the pizza was amazing, it irritated me that while spending almost $35, they wanted to charge $. 87 for a tiny garlic & butter sauce. I can see that for extras, but at least one should come with each large pizza. This is the only location I’ve ever had this experience with, so there is that.

Pizza is good 5$ pizza. they do have cheesy bread sticks thats are probably the best dish they have. The service is lacking. mostly teenagers not to excited to be working and serving others. Don’t go out of there way to make sure your taken care of.

My husband came in behind me & ordered at the register but they wouldn’t take his promo without ordering in the app. He did, & the order went to another store. He sat there 15 minutes until notified by the app that his order was ready before the employee at this location told him the order wasn’t there. Nobody else was waiting & it wasn’t busy. They could have talked to him before or even while he waited. They knew they didn’t have his order in the kitchen and knew he had made an order in the app because they told him he had to if he wanted his discount. They also knew he was waiting for it. Easier to ignore him & waste his time. So, by the time he drove over to get his food, it was cold. Good, but cold. Mine was fine, but i had ordered ahead & picked up from the portal. Employee/customer service needs improvement here

Can’t beat the price. We get the pizza and sticks. We eat the pieces of pizza one nite then eat the cheese bread sticks w/mozzarella sauce the next. Can get this for less than $9.
