Come here pretty often on my lunch break it’s past 11 (opening time) and I ordered lunch special says it’ll be a ten minute wait.. I feel like pizzas should be ready to purchase at 11 am .. unacceptable that this happens all the time at this location

Terrible experience at this location. Ordered the pizza ahead of time and got a time of 15-20mins until pizza would be ready. I showed up 30mins after ordering and the food was not ready. The girl at the window told me it would be another 20-30minutes. They gave me a buzzer to keep and wait in my car until the food was ready. Over and hour after ordering my 2 pizzas and breadsticks were finally ready. They did not even apologize or anything just said they were behind. Not sure what they were behind on either because there were not many people going in to pickup or people in the drive thru. We normally use this location but this was NOT a good experience. The only positive was that the order was correct and fresh when I finally received it.

I was actually doing an UberEats order in which I was picking up an order for a customer. I already had one in the car for a second customer as well. When I got there, the employees were arguing with each other and one particular employee was screaming for another to ‘shut the f up.’ I waited about 45 minutes (at this point, TWO customers of mine were essentially waiting over an hour for their food) . I ended up asking three, yes THREE employees if the order was ready, three seperate times. And every single one of them looked right at me, then ignored me each time. Every. Single. Time. At this point I just assumed they would never give me the order and left so that at least one of my customers got their food. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant to be honest, found the staff to be very disrespectful and rude.

They need to hire more people here! It seems like there’s only 3 people here on a Saturday night?? I ordered over an hour ago, was told when I first pulled up that it would be ready in 10 minutes, then when I parked and came back they told me it wasn’t even in the oven yet so I had to wait 15 more minutes. This is crazy. Luckily the location closest to me is much better. But I’m in the area and wanted a quick dinner for kids and myself. Yall need to fix this ish

Has always been my family’s go to location for a couple quick pizzas for Wednesday night dinner. The quality of the pizza can really vary based on the employee that makes it. But for the price I am not too upset if it doesn’t stand up to the other big names every time.

First time to this Little Caesar. I called and put an order in advance and when I came to pick it up, they made a mistake on one of the orders. Instead of only square chess, they added pepperoni to it, and I don’t eat pork because I’m Muslim. The manager apologized and they made a new one. Although it was an inconvenience and extra waiting time, I wanted to put a good review due to the fact of how well they handled the situation 🙂

I placed my order online nearly an hour ago. The workers here decided to lock the doors at 6.30 and have forced everyone to line up in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be back. I’ll be getting from Boston Pizzeria.

If you want the little Caesar’s pretzel pizza then look at your order before you leave this location…..we order this same pizza from the John B White location all the time for work and it is fabulous….this location basically gave us a regular pizza and threw salt pellets on it….it was for my daughters birthday and they never had this kind before…..sadly they still haven’t….it’s places like this that give Little Caesar’s the reputation of cheap pizza….just a notch above CCs….way to go Woodruff Rd location….feeding into your stereotype….pun intended

Just had surgery walked down 3 flights of stairs went and got my pizza and wings. Checked my wings to make sure they was right and just grabbed my pizza. Get back home walk up 3 flights of stairs to find out my pizza is wrong. Immediately call back and no one is answering phone. Been calling for over 10 mins now.
