This is a good location for a quick pickup of a Little Caesars pizza. The few times I have stopped here, I have used the app to order ahead. The food is always ready and fresh at the drive thru. The staff has always been friendly.

I ordered a pizza and 3 cans of pineapple Pepsi on the app. When arriving at the store, I wasn’t greeted with any hellos or welcoming remarks, but only this employee telling an older gentleman that his pizzas would take 20 minutes each. She was very rude to him and I had a feeling that maybe she was having a rough day (trust me I get it). My pizza was in the portal ready, but my drinks weren’t there, of course, so the same woman asked me what I wanted, and I responded with my 3 cans of pineapple Pepsi. She then told me to get them out of the cooler in the lobby, but there weren’t any in there and that’s what I told her. She then told me that they were out and I responded that I would just take a refund since they didn’t have what I wanted. She then very rudely told me they don’t give refunds, which I didn’t believe. so I asked for a manager or supervisor, any other person than her honestly because she was very rude and unapologetic. She then told me she was the manager, which I knew was a lie because any manager would be able to give a refund or make something right for the customer. Anyways, during this argument, I then saw that in the cooler behind the counter that there were 3 pineapple Pepsis! perfect! right? wrong. When I pointed them out, she then told me “Those are just displays, they are empty”. Another lie obviously but I played along. I asked for her name to report her to her actual manager or store owner, but she declined and told me the general manager’s name was on the door like that was going to do me any good. As I was about to leave, I then challenged her statements about the fake sodas, the ones she said were empty, I said “Show me If those are empty, and if you’re right I’ll just leave” but then she goes to grab them, shakes them, there was obviously soda in them, so I said to just give me what I paid for. She then proceeded to give me only 2, but I bought 3, and she knew that so I asked her to go ahead and give me the third soda that I paid for. She did but slammed it on the counter. As I was leaving, she then told me she would remember me and cancel any orders with my name on them. I scoffed at that as if I would even dare to come back.

This location has good staff that are friendly, fast, and accommodating. The line is never too long. You have to go around the back of the shopping center to get to the drive-through. Only had to pull around and wait on a hot and ready 1 time (when it wasn’t hot and ready ) and I’ve gone here many many times. The food is on par with other locations. Never had a rude staff member, they all have been nice.

Every time I visit here around dinner time, I’m met with rude, sarcastic employees that just really don’t seem to happy to be there. Tonight’s visit, I asked how long a half cheese half pepperoni would take. 20 minutes the girl taking my order snapped . Ok then… Can I get just a pepperoni? Yeah, that’s 20 minutes to. Every pizza is going to be 20 minutes. She then went on to tell me it was because they’re busy, short staffed and implementing a new system. Well ok. Then I’ll wait for the half and half. She rings me up and tells me it’s $8.49… WHAT?! Because of her new system, I was being charged an extra dollar for half and half. No. Just a pepperoni then …

This place is awful. Worst experience ever. The employees offer a terrible service as there is never any pizza that is ready. We always get excuses because they’re not ready and they continuously make faces, roll their eyes, and even ignore customers. It doesn’t deserve people who are not willing to put in effort or work diligently. I hope this situation is taken care of soon.

Don’t understand how they’re slogan is hot and ready single time. I go there. I have to wait the minimum 15 minutes. They never have anything hot already. It’s a night I went and was told it was a 25 to 30 minute wake. This is ridiculous this location should be shut down

My family gets pizza from this location probably twice per month, sometimes more. They mess up our order at LEAST half the time. This isn’t an infrequent thing. Sadly, this is where our kids love to get pizza from and it’s most cost effective, and when it’s done right it’s not bad, so we still go. But this is seriously frustrating. We are one family. How often are they messing up orders overall?

Came up to window and lady asked me what did I what. Thought about saying my grass cut. She didn’t seem to want to be here or work. Extremely rude and needs to remember they are not the only business in town. Hotspot sales pizza there is a Little Caesars on Saint James. Skip this place and go to one of the other places.

I was a bit disappointed with my in-store experience. The employee who took my order was a bit on the rude side…I’m assuming she was having a bad day ‍♀️bc have been there done that (worked in the food and drink industry for many years) but still no reason/excuse to have such an abrasive attitude towards the customer(s). If I’m going to wait 15-20 mins for an order, I’d hope to at least get a positive interaction with the employee who received my order. Especially when I was nothing but pleasantly nice to them…would’ve been nice if she’d reciprocated the kindness.
