The manager at night was rude and not helpful at all! I ordered on the app but I accidentally ordered for the next evening and I had to find out the hard way and was out of my food and money spent on the order. Fortunately the gentleman during the am shift helped me figure things out. The night manager talked down to her employees in front of customers. She doesn’t care to help anyone an hour before the store is supposed to close. She tells all potential customers they are closed for the entire hour. I would not waste my time and order food from the evening shift. Day shift rocks!

Please do not order or go here after 8pm. If you do you will wait over a hour for your food, the workers (night manager) are rude and another thing if you order by ph, app or in the store after 8:30pm you will be locked outside at 9pm because they lock the lobbby no matter WHAT!! The only way to get your food is to walk around to the window with cars in the drive thru. If you don’t want to walk around you can get in the drive thru line even through your order was in over a hour ago you have to wait an additional time for your food. There were about 10 cars waiting with another seven in the drive thru. This is crazy!!!

Whenever I grab pizza from this location & greeted and assisted by Romeo, he is ALWAYS CONSISTENT in GREAT customer service!!!!!! He’s patient. He asks how you are. It’s always yes, ma’am, no ma’am. He’s definitely an asset to this location and your company. Just thought you should know.

I ordered 8 pizzas and 4 2 liters for my company and I picked it up the pizza was done on time and it looked great but the pizza crust tasted like soap and was burning peoples mouth Like it had cleaning chemicals on the pizza I’m not sure if something was not rinsed correctly or what but it was not good nor okay at all a lot of us got sick
