Came in the store on Clemson Blvd in Columbia SC on 8/13/23 at 6:55 pm to order a two topping thin crust. Waited five minutes for anyone to take my order. Then was quoted a price $5 more than the advertised one. Explained this to the cashier and she said that the $8.99 option was only available for online orders. Huh? This place is straight up terrible.

I just can’t, today is really the last straw. Placed the order on line an hour ahead to make sure it was ready on time. Set it up for drive thru pickup as well. Get there and find a truck parked the wrong way in the drive thru so had to back out and park. Went in and find out my pizzas haven’t been started yet, after over an hour since placing the order?!?! I just can’t mess with this one any more. If it was one time I understand, but this is now going into being the norm for this location. Stay away, head towards the Domino’s or Marcos or anything else. Not worth the time lost.

What’s the point of the mobile app offering in-store pickup if the door is locked and you cannot walk inside to get the order from the portal? They had a sign on the door saying “drive thru only”, so I waited in the drive thru line with several cars. The individual at the window was at least apologetic. The food did taste good.

**Update on my previous review.** When I went in to pick up my online order and observed the guy reaching into the bin of cheese after scratching his head, I requested that my order be canceled. (It wasn’t going to be ready for another 25 minutes anyways. I couldn’t stay and wait that long.) I called later that night four times and three more times the next day. I never got a refund and no one ever answered the phone. I contacted the online customer service number and they said they would get it resolved for me. Nothing has ever happened. No one from the store has contacted me and I still don’t have a refund 2 weeks later. I definitely do not recommend this location!

After few times, kindly asking them not to burn the cheese. I am done. Little Caesar, maybe only at this location, is incapable of making a pizza without burning it. The supervisor/manager had the guts to tell me that the pizza was not burned, and that’s how it’s made. Well you judge for yourself… It’s only half, because my kids were hungry and reluctantly, without a timely alternative, I gave it to them anyway…

If I could leave zero stars then I would. Ordered an online pick up, and waited 20 minutes in the drivethru to get it because the inside was closed. Once I got up, they said someone already picked up my order. Very rude, did not apologize, and did not offer a refund or to remake my order. Never going here again.

So last night I made a order for a veggie pizza with pepperoni and they didn’t give me the pepperoni that I asked for. So I asked a man named Devin who originally took the order to add the pepperoni on to the pizza. He then got a very nasty attitude and took my pizza. I watched him rub his hair back and apply the toppings on to the pizza without washing his hands and placed it back into the oven…he left it in the oven for more than 15 minutes. When he finally came and brought the pizza it was burnt to a crisp and he asked is that good enough for me. That was unacceptable service to me and my family and we will NEVER return to that lil caesars ever again.

This store needs to close, they never have enough employees to keep hot and ready pizza avail. I’ve went here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times been told they had NO pizzas ready in drive through. That poor employee has to stand in drive through and tell everyone who come through they are out of pizza. Both times I waited in the line to be told there was no pizza and I had to wait 15 min, what am I supposed be to do, come back in 15 min and hope they didn’t give the pizza all away again? And it was never even “dinner time” where it was their busiest. If you can’t hold up to the company slogan of “hot and ready”, then turn online orders off or close the drive through. Unacceptable.

Bought deep dish lunch combo x2. We went to bite into the pizza which looked cooked. But when we tried to take a bite the dough was stringy like hot melted cheese. Absolutely disgusting. Eating raw dough is just nasty. Had to throw our lunch away and go somewhere else. Never again!
