I understand inflation and the prices going up. I don’t understand how the quality went down. Brought a stuffed crust pepperoni, and it tastes nothing how it used to. Taste like it was missing ingredients. Not blaming the worker who made it, but it just didn’t taste good.

Paid over $25 dollars for a pizza with extra cheese just to get a sub standard cool pizza with very limited toppings much less extra cheese I paid for. Girls working seemed to not care and be miserable to even be there. Took five exta minutes just to get 2 garlic butters because one girl was too consumed in some paperwork to address the customer. Poor service and not at all made me want to come back.

Picked up pizza on Aug 2. Cheese was burnt barely any crust to it and very soggy. At first I thought it was just grease but turned out someone either dumped or spilled garlic butter on it and in the box. You could ring it out like a mop. Called corporate and was told the manager would contact me. Apparently that was a joke haven’t heard anything from any of them
