Just picked up order, got home (30 minutes later) my order was not correct. I called to let them know, told them I didn’t want another pizza just wanted them to know for future. The rude Daughter, of Sherri the manager, hung up on me. I know her mother must be proud. Ordered and paid for Extra most bestest pepperoni on both.

Everytime I come to the Taco Bell in Newberry SC, I have to order at the kiosk. Most of the time I just leave and go somewhere else. I’ve never had an employee take my order. The one time I did order my own food, the employees were using the f-word repeatedly when I was there. The Taco Bell in Chester SC is the total opposite, great service and respectfully to customers. I’m not going back to the Newberry location again.

The service here at the Newberry SC location was very good. I appreciated that! Very friendly staff and food was ready when they said it would be. The food only gets 3 stars because I ordered some hot and ready pizzas and some specialty pizzas, the more expensive specialty pizzas were pretty good. The hot and ready pizzas were disgusting. It’s not the staff’s fault, it’s just not a good pizza.

I ordered online and picked it up through the window. When I got home and opened the box, my pizza was totally overcooked, crust burnt. If I had know my pizza looked like that before I left the store they would’ve had to do a remake. ☹️

I was a consistent customer when I worked close by. Been awhile since I was close, so tried again. All new people, still very nice, the pizza was awesome!! I hate they charge for extra sauce on the pizza….rather ridiculous. But the pizza was really fantastic. Definitely go back again.

I like little ceasers I really do but at the particular one you need to order ahead of time and maybe give them an extra 10 mins!!! I can say I’ve never ever ordered pizza for myself and gotten it at the time promised when picking up!!! I actually had to go thru the PACKED drive thru 3 times after waiting the time they said then sitting in the parking lot 10 mins after the first go around the drive thru!! And any other time I’ve been there to deliver its ALWAYS a wait!!! PIZZA PORTAL TOTALLY COOL!
