I don’t see how she can deny anyone of a full refund , if the foods not fit to even eat. Any time I order delivery from here, they get my order wrong. Every time I try to talk to them, they tell me to get in touch with their customer service. Thing is, said customer service is non-existent. How they’re able to land deals with the NFL and such is beyond me.

As far as Little Cesar’s goes, this location has phenomenal customers service. In particular, one employee that stood out to me was Jacob. We arrived slightly late to pick up our order and he was incredible understanding about the situation. He are sure we had all of our food and did with a warm smile on his face. I’ve never encountered a little Cesar’s situation such as this. He made this chain restaurant feel like a family owned business with his generosity. Definitely would support this location again!

While normally very good and reliable, the last few visits have been very disappointing. My last visit had me wait at the counter for more than 10 minutes before a employee even said hello. Then I was greated with it will be over 45 minutes for any new orders. What I wanted was in the “Hot and Ready” box, but when the employee turned around and walked away without offering it, so I also walked away.

A breath of fresh air! After visiting many restaurants in the area and being disgusted by the workers, this place is by far highly recommended by myself. First of all my coworkers and I was greeted by Justin who was very polite and professional. His appearance was very well groomed and the way one would want to see someone who is handling their food. The other workers was very professional and polite as well. The pizza was great too! What more could you ask for? We will definitely come back again!

My pizza order was wrong, when I called Little Caesar’s they told me I needed to complain to Door Dash! I would have never guessed Door Dash was responsible for the making pizza as well as delivery.
