I do not recommend this location to anybody. I wished I would have realized it only had a 90.5 health writing before I bought my pizza and was walking out. So I go up there yesterday there were two employees arguing almost blocking the door to get in I get inside nobody’s at the front counter there is a customer in front of me that have been waiting almost 5 minutes to order so after a few more the two outside employees come in one turns out to be the manager who at that point starts helping the customer in front of me so eventually I place my order get my pizza looks okay so I leave I get home half cooked and the pieces were not cut very well at all it might have been hot but it damn sure wasn’t ready and I will never go back to this place

It’s been over a year since I’ve been here. But I went in got hot and ready pepperoni with cheesy bread, I had to wait for the cheesy bread to be cooked but it was worth the wait. Everything is hot fresh and the manager has great customer service. Even if he had to go outside and make one of his employees come back to work from off of smoke break but it was still okay. He kept the shift in control and the food was hot and fresh and ready.

Had a bit of a rough night and had to go back to the store a few times to get our order right, and the manager was politely helpful and didn’t give us any problems! He was very understanding and didn’t make me feel like we were the problem. Even offered an extra pizza! Thanks guys 🙂

Ordered 3 pizzas plus crazy bread and 2 was hot-n-ready and the 3rd one was 3 meat treat. The 2 hot-n-ready was made well before the 3 meat so by the time I got home the hot-n-ready’s wasn’t Hot and the 3 meat treat was a trick because it only had 2 meats.

Attempted to drop in to grab whatever they had already made. There were two female employees inside and the hours hand written on the door clearly stated they were open. Well, the door was locked. The two “wonderful ladies” inside watched me walk up, attempt to open this locked door then looked at each other and started laughing.

Horrible experience. Management needs to be retrained ! Spoke harshly and berating toward cashier! Unprofessional, unorganized, management made excuses that all staff was new and she is having to train them all by herself. It was truly sad. Customers wanted to purchase products. However, the wait was so long due to mismanagement. This is a wonderful location with a huge financial profit if managed properly! I will not return and would not recommend it to anyone, family, or friends. Please help the manager. This could be helpful for this business.

Food was Luke warm, wasn’t really made fresh..came out of a heater box. Cashier got my order wrong, took another 30 minutes to wait before my order was correct. They was running behind due to less help in the kitchen. Manager had an attitude and wasn’t really to kind or pleasant to talk too..real rude cause he had to fix the order and get it hot. Store had barley enough room to stand in, less seats to sit and wait. I was asked to take a survey afterwards…well, this is it..if this is how you treat people, I don’t want to come back..honestly..I would give you 0 stars and a thumbs down. Poor service, I can do better somewhere else, and spend my money else where to competition. Little Caesars pizza SUCKS

THIEFS -Mount holly little Caesars stole a grand total of $149.54 . I only wanted 4 pizzas but I was paying with a gift card so they kept swiping the card until they ran it dry . I have the transaction printouts and they still will not refund my money 9 Days and called police still they refuse to refund my money . Beware using cards at the mount holly nc one they will rob you and the manager is strait disrespectful I will be going to corporate this is not rite period .
