We know the store is always busy especially on the weekends but today while my husband was waiting in line for about 10 minutes. It was almost his turn in line when two black women walked in and as soon as they walked in the cashier immediately took their order skipping right over us. Not to be that person but racism much? He saw my husband waiting patiently and instead acted like he wasn’t even there and when my husband told him he was there first he immediately got an attitude and told him he’ll take his order after theirs. I guess this little Caesar’s service customers based on race.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. 3 times I have ordered online only to get home and my order be wrong after waiting for 45 mins to an hour each time. They never have hot and ready and to top everything when u walk in u stand there for at least 15-30 mins just waiting for them to come acknowledge and talk to u. Completely ridiculous and uncalled for. I counted 6 people in there working and that was just the ones I could see. So can’t tell me it’s due to short staff. And BTW who is responsible for reading and responding to reviews????? This has been going on way too long.

Not specifically this store, it could just be how Little Caesars does things. I ordered a pizza and 4 pineapple Pepsis. The app said my pizza was baking for over 30 mins so I went inside to check. My pizza was ready but they didn’t have my sodas. They told me I could grab different drinks or request a refund by calling. I opted for a refund. The store said they couldn’t process my refund. When I searched online, it said they could so I don’t know what is true. I called customer service and sat on hold for an hr. At that point, I disconnected the call. I’m out almost $10 now. I come back every 6 months or so and every time it is worse.

My service was horrible I placed an online order that was suppose to be ready by 9:17 at the latest and it took over 30 minutes to get my order after the designated pick up time, the girl at the window too she had a black shirt and blue Jean shorts the whole time I’m waiting on my food she is on her phone in the lobby and I had places to be so unsatisfied is how I would look at my service today. Not only all that but there were also 2 cars that got there food that just ordered and picked up and also another car waiting as well and she still got her stuff before me and I ordered before all of them and still waited longer than all of them as well

Ordered online yesterday (6-26-23) and received the wrong food. Called the store and employee who answered simply refused to make it right. Will never order online from here again, probably will just never order from here again at all because they can’t be trusted now.

Placed an order online. I placed the order at 5:30 I got to the drive thru shortly after receiving the email that my order was ready. Guy at the window told me to pull forward and wait as my pizza was still in the oven, I pulled in a spot to wait, then went in as the buzzer they gave me went off, got the pizzas after waiting an hour. The pizzas were cold and I ordered a specialty pizza only to get home and find the pizza was just a cheese hot and ready pizza, when I called the girl told me they were out of onions, I told her the whole pizza is wrong not just the onions, they gave me a cheese pizza, she said all I can do is give you a store credit of 2 free toppings on you’re next order, so I waited over an hour for a cheese pizza and paid 9$ for it….

Unfortunately, Little Caesars was efficient. I don’t understand why they have the drive thru option if they won’t serve you quickly. They give you a number where you have to wait more than 15 minutes and park and enter the store… seriously?

This store literally never has anything Hot N’ Ready. Today I specifically asked what I could pull away with and was told crazy bread combo and original pepperoni pizza so I ordered that. I got to the window, lady took my payment then asked me to pull up and wait. When I asked what happened, she said she sold my food to a walk in while I was pulling up to pay. Unbelievable. The lady at the window could not have been nicer, albeit not the sharpest crayon in the box, but this store is an absolute disaster.
