I will not order from Little Caesars delivery ever again. I ordered 3 pizzas and they delivered only 1. I call customer service and they want to only refund me 1/2 the order. That is less than the value of the what they shorted me, not including the delivery fees. Unacceptable. I tried to call the store but it only says we are busy and disconnects. I now have hungry kids and no food. This is not what I would call customer service. Don’t make the same mistake.

Went in for a hot and ready carry out but there was none available, so I accepted the 10 min wait period. All of a sudden the pizza was ready in 2 minutes, so I purchased and left. When I got home I noticed the crust was not completely done baking. This location and its employees was such a disappointment tonight.

I ordered little caesar’s through doordash. My driver was at the store for 5 minutes, then I got a message saying they were still preparing the order. They said the pizza would be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by and my dasher is still there. 5 minutes later, I get a message saying they’re on their way. I get my pizza and the dasher lets us know that the employees dropped our pizza and went to still put it in the box and hand it to her. Thankfully, we had a kind dasher and she told them that they were gross and to make us a whole new pizza. Imagine if the dasher didn’t see that.

They were slammed when I came in for two pizzas. There were no hot n ready. But cheese and pepperoni classics were both great actually! Price is great in 2023! Service was ok, bit of a wait, I can see why they were busy on a Thursday night. Parking is ok…

Service is Not good at this location. Tried to phone order 6 pizza’s 2 times in the same hour, when the employee finally answered the phone, got lots of attitude & was told that they were to busy. So I called the L/C Charlotte location. Employee answered 2nd ring & had 6 pizzas ready in less than 30-mins.

I stopped in to pick up a Hot and Ready pizza yesterday, Friday afternoon 5:54 pm, of which they had none so I ordered a Supreme and an order of Crazy Bread and was told 25-30 minutes. Not awful so decided to wait. I sat in my truck for 30 minutes, checked and guy said ‘not ready yet.’ 15 minutes later, not ready. Repeat several more times. I notice that people that ordered after me were getting their food, and this was 1 hour and almost 15 minutes later, so I inquire again and the guy looks like he’s never seen me before, shrugs and says (Duh) I don’t know where your order is. It’s not here. Want me to make you another one? NO I DON’T WANT ANOTHER ONE! YOU OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T GIVE ME THE FIRST one, and I’m now pushing 8 o’clock getting home. Went to Chick-fil-A and had supper in 5 minutes. I doubt I’ll ever go back to this Little Caesars.
