Nothing hot and ready about this place. Everyone’s pizzas were sitting on the counter, getting cold. My husband stood inside for 45 mins and then they gave him our order that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Worst part is that when we got home, our pizza looked like it was forgot about in the oven. My husband and I tried to eat what we could, but overall it was pretty gross.

I’ve ordered from them 2-3 times before today when I realized they’d decided a 12 minute drive was too far and took my address off the list of those available for delivery. Tried calling them twice and got nothing but their phone ringing for 5-10 minutes straight each time. The times they did deliver took way longer than they projected. Good luck getting anything in a timely manner or at all if you’re not living 12 yards from their front door I guess.

I placed my first and last Little Caesars order for delivery at 9:20pm. It confirmed the order and said it would arrive between 9:55 & 10pm. Around 9:45 I called the store twice because I noticed my delivery driver was in Elizabeth City! I wanted to see whether or not they would allow my food to be picked up and delivered, but there was no answer. At 10pm, the tracking updated and stated my order would be delivered at 11pm. I called the delivery customer service number and they could not tell me whether or not my order would be delivered. At 11pm, I received a text stating my order was canceled. So two hours after placing an order, it’s canceled. They never answered their phone or bothered to call me to say hey we’re closing, your order won’t be delivered. The piss poor customer service will guarantee I won’t order from there ever again. I ended up ordering from domino’s. Placed the order at 11:01pm and it was delivered to me at 11:23pm. I’ll stick with them from now on.

I’ve read the other reviews and maybe we’ve been lucky the three times we’ve gotten pizza at this location – maybe how you treat the people across the counter plays a factor into your service – who knows?

Staff seems like they don’t wanna be here, very rude to people when they ask questions. The staff makes rude faces and laughs in people’s faces. Some people don’t have their hair up while making the pizzas overall very slow and the food wasn’t that great…

Placed my order at 6pm, went up there at 645, the scheduled pickup time, and they said it would be another 25-30 minutes. Waited, went back in and they said another 10 minutes, so i asked if i waited and came back in in 10 minutes if my order would be ready, she says “no i can’t promise that”. It’s now 8:13pm and she refused to refund me, room full of other people who have been waiting even longer for their food, and one person gets mad and says they didn’t want their pizza anymore. The MANAGER threw the pizzas on the ground and says “we get paid regardless”. I get they’re new, but they have no need to act like this. Will NOT be ordering here again.

Ordered online, got the pizza only slightly later than the original estimated time. The only major issue was the whole two topping pizza had only one topping on one slice, the other topping on the next slice, no topping on the next slice, repeat. It was basically just handfuls tossed at it and tossed at the conveyor. The Detroit style was a thin crispy layer on the bottom, melty toppings and cheese up top, all trying desperately to hold together raw dough. I ordered regular crazy bread and got flimsy, partially cooked dough around a raw mozzarella cheese sticks. And the wings look like they came from an anorexic pigeon.
