My husband ordered and picked up two cheese pizzas and some crazy bread this evening and the amount of disappointment I felt when I opened the box ♀️ It looked old, overcooked, and left out for quite a while. The pizza was, gummy. I was expecting fresh pizza! Not what we received. We live 8 minutes from the location, so the pizza didn’t turn this way from the drive. I took one bite and threw it out. My husband and kids were quite hungry so they ate it. I couldn’t. We’ve eaten here before and the pizza was made with care, so I absolutely expected the same quality. This experience has turned me off.

We really wanted Little Caesars and could not have been more disappointed. I know the whole saying “you get what you pay for” but if I’m paying $15 for the deep dishes, I expect them to at least be cooked thoroughly. The pizza was actually cold when it was delivered (delivery took less than half an hour so time was not why), and then we found out it was because it was still raw. The cheese was barely melted onto it, and the dough was still just dough. On top of that the pizzas were crushed by the sides of the lids.

I’m grading this for quick fast food. For a Little Ceasars, it surpassed my expectations. The lunch special is a generous, four piece, square, personal pepperoni pizza with a 20 oz bottled beverage of choice. The pizza tasted very much like Sicilian pie, nice thick crust, just the right amount of toppings and sauce and “hot & fresh” is true to form. Service was quick and friendly and the front entry, signage and counter were clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend for a quick and inexpensive lunch on-the-go.

Love this place, great little neighborhood pizza pickup, super fast, really nice employees, always a great option for pizza and wings and such. I read a couple of other reviews that I can’t understand, are they not checking their pizza before they leave? That’s on the buyer, check your box and if anything isn’t right then ask them to fix it, common sense. Just got another pizza last night, always delicious!

On 8/31/23 around 5:30pm, my boyfriend and 4 year old went to pickup an order they placed 20 mins before, once they arrived they had to wait an additional 40 mins for someone to come out and ask what their order was again?!?! Terrible service, my bf demanded a refund and they left. DO NOT GO HERE. Had I known this was where the pizza was being picked up at, I would’ve said NO!! Months ago, I watched a customer return a pizza that was not his, the name on the box did not match / nor the order and the people behind the counter still resold the opened pizza! Disgusting. The owner/ management need to rethink how they operate their business.

I arrived at this location right before closing (my apologies y’all!), but was treated so very kindly. The owner was super nice (I really appreciate the awesome customer service!!), the store was clean, and I received my quality and fresh pizza quickly. I’m that weirdo that likes little caesars more than the other places, but this location struggles hard. Twice I’ve shown up to pick up an online order to have it not be there. Today I showed up and gave the kid at the counter my name and he ran to the back and told the crew to put in another pretzel crust pizza, when I asked what happened to mine he goes “umm, I don’t know”, but his reaction at the beginning made it obvious he knew exactly what happened to it. Also, there were no Twix brownies either, I cant eat m&m’s so I paid almost $4 for brownies I can’t even eat.
