My husband and I just left here we ordered a pretzel crust and crazy bread the young guy taking our order didn’t say hey didn’t speak one word to us we placed the order he is in the back eating and on his phone then starting slamming all the pans and pizza cutter anything in his hand he slammed meanwhile the other guy doing all the work baking all the pizzas in the back after 15 minutes our pizza and crazy bread was ready the place wasn’t busy he gives us the box I check it and it’s not even a pretzel pizza!! it’s a regular hot and ready so I said this ain’t right he grabs my pizza from the counter with a attitude and sends us on our way but wait! There’s more! We get home the pizza is cold we live 6 minutes away and it’s not even cut all the way through and so flat I wouldn’t have even gave 3$ for this pizza! Based on other reviews I just saw I hope we don’t get food poisoning, how are they allowing this low life to work there?!? He doesn’t care about the food or customers and needs to be fired or this place needs to be shut down immediately!

I ordered on line two pizza for me to up after work today. I get there after driving almost 20 mins… First off I walk in with four other people standing there waiting to get noticed. The two guys working there didn’t act like they had a clue to what they were doing. When I was finally acknowledged…. They tell me my order was cancelled.. I said I didn’t cancel my order. They inform me that they did. I ordered two pizza one pretzel stuffed pepperoni and a supreme. They tell me they cancelled both of my pizzas because they didn’t have onion. They said you should have received something. I check my phone and nothing. They tell me they issued a refund. I check my account and tell them… No you took money out but didn’t put anything back. So the guy very rudely goes to the register still not looking at me, does something at the computer and then I get an email cancelling my order. These people were so rude…. They acted like I did something. I usually go here a few times a month…. I can honestly say I will never go back. They have no idea what customer service is..

I have been going to this location for years and this is the one time the food was not real good. The pizza was way undercooked, they remade the pizza it looked done until we got it home and pulled it apart just for it to be undercooked as well. The staff was very nice and apologetic. Hopefully they have resolved this isolated incident. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Asked for 2 fresh ones and 3 of the team members seemed to get an attitude about it…breadsticks were extremely undercooked and doughy. Normal have good service with good pizza, the new team isn’t hitting on much!!! Time for a new crew for sure
