Removed my older much better review from last year.. Ordered pizza online, got the email saying it was ready at 5:18pm. I got there got told only part of the order was ready. Had to wait over 45 min for pizza here. Can’t wait for pizza inn to open. Maybe it will take some the stress and revenue from here. So the can get their Kitchen in order and improve wait times.

Went today to get dinner for family ordered online got an email saying order was ready when I arrived it was busy the lady at the counter just looked like she didn’t understand what was all going on and confused I asked about my order and was told only 1 pizza was ready I waited 45 min before I’m assuming manager came up and 1 guy complained he had waited 15 min and I said well I’ve waited 45 min for my order I finally got my food got home which is 5 min away my pizza was cold like I had to put into oven to reheat it it was that cold the crazy bread didn’t have any butter or parm on it it was just cooked dough…. I’ve worked at little ceasers before (different location) and I’ve never seen more unorganized store no communication between front and back of house. I understand it’s hard to find good help because people don’t want to work anymore but this location needs to try and figure something out asap or when the pizza inn opens next door all the customers will be going there and they will loose the business.

It seems like every time I go something is wrong. Last time our pizza wasn’t cooked or cut right. It was barely cooked at all. The bread stuck things were so greasy we were scared to touch them. The manager was nice and gave us our money back but the food was terrible

The girl up front needs to wash her hands while touching clean boxes she messed with money and she stands up front with her shirt up with her hands and drinks and rude she won’t hand you your money she holds it down below the sign and plays on her phone she never smiles either

I highly doubt the owners or managers are going to see or respond to this review. So I’ll leave it to the paying customers. This is the third time we order a drink online with them. And did not get it again. They said we need to go to the store to pick it up. But we ordered on Little Ceasers website, and the rep said “it’s a DoorDash issue, not a website”. I thought the point of delivery was not to go out there. Also they refused to refund. Thanks

The manager is just the worst. Most of the other employees are friendly. I do deliveries and I’ve been in here on many occasions at different times. The experience is almost always the same. I watched the manager prepare a pizza without gloves…not to mention being just plain rude.

Had this delivered and was surprised at the quality of the pizza for the price we paid. Will it go against top notch NY or NJ pizza? No, but for 16$ two pizzas that were good is a steal.
