After I walked in, and waiting 10 minutes to place an order, I was asked “how are you paying”. I had cash in my hand and said cash. The cashier responded that I would need to “get in the drive through to pay by cash”. I then said, “ok card” I pulled out my card went to put it in, and the cashier then said “I already hit cash” so I had to then pay by cash. I looked at my spouse as we felt wed been lied to about whole needing to get in drive thru.

Pizza tastes terrible. Waited 30 minutes for the pizza in a parking spot, and the employees working this evening didn’t remember we had even put in an order. In other words the pizza was not made and we waited for nothing after we had already paid. This is just sad. I don’t understand how anybody could screw up a pizza this bad and screw up customer service wise in the same visit. My family won’t make this mistake again. Thank you Papa John’s and Domino’s for caring. Little Ceasars, you guys have to get it together.

We placed an order online, and we still waited 40 minutes at the restaurant for it. The employees were walking around looking at their phones and several people were waiting in the lobby without even being greeted by anyone. They said they had been waiting an unreasonably amount of time as well. When we finally received our order, one pizza was barely warm and the other one was piping hot. The lobby, walls, and signs are grimy. No one answers the phone when you call, it just continues to ring. Go to Domino’s down the street. The service, food quality, and cleanliness are great.

Staff is getting shorter every year and people make it very difficult to serve because of how disrespectful and nasty people are towards people that are preparing there food .‼️Everyone is complaining on different things if you don’t like the pizza that they are making buy your ingredients from a store and cook it yourself.. And stop giving people a hard time just because you are bored and want to make a bad review it makes you look crazy lol .. But guys keep doing the good work that you do and get that money regardless of negativity.

Lady that helped me was extremely nice but she was clearly running the front and the drive thru by herself. Other people working were just in the back talking to each other. Waited about five minutes to be helped for an online pickup. When I got home with my food and bit into my crazy bread I realized that it was raw.

I placed an online order at 5pm to pick up at 6pm. It is currently 630 pm and they just let me know they sold my order to someone else as hot & ready. I have seen 2 people come in with custom pizza orders, not hot and ready, and get their order & leave. While I am still sitting here. This is ridiculous. I will NOT be back to this Little Ceasars. I was offered a drink while I wait, like that would make up for this unnecessary wait.

If i could give this place a big ZERO I would without hesitation. I understand the whole theory of you get what you pay for, but this store is absolutely absurd. Pulled into the driveway at 4 pm on a wednesday, fully expecting the line. No issue there. Placed my order at 4:20, and was prompted to pull forward and wait for my crazy bread to be cooked. I did. I sat there for 30 minutes, after about 10 minutes i see other customers walking out with crazy bread and leaving the drivethru behind me with the same bread i was supposedly waiting on. So i go inside and inquire about my order to be greeted with “oh you shouldnt have had to wait that long.” Simply put, i was totally forgotten about even though my car was entirely visible from the counter where i was instructed to wait. Food was burnt and only halfway cut regardless of the wait. Do yourself a big favor, take the couple extra bucks and go to Papa Johns or Dominos because this place doesnt care about you, its food, or the slack excuses for the employees on its payroll. There is a drastic need for change at this store and you alone are ruining the name of Little Caesers for Surry County.

I ordered on the app at 4pm this past Saturday. App said order would be ready by 4:30pm. Got to restaurant at 4:45. Was told the last of my order was coming out of the oven. At 5:25 someone came out of the kitchen and said they were out of the old world Pepperoni. Wanted to know what I wanted to replace it with. 1 hour and 25 minutes after order, none of my order was ready. I couldn’t wait any longer, so he gave me 3 of the hot and ready pizzas along with some ICB. My order was just over $40 and I left with $20 worth of pizza. No manager was there. Called next day and no one answered. Very disappointed so I deleted the app and will take my business somewhere else!

I have never had a bad experience here until today. Placed an online order at 7:56; pulled up to the drive through around 8:20 (which was the pickup time on the email) and was told to park in a spot to wait; waited until everyone around me had been served and left; went inside and they never even worked on my order. I did ask for a refund at that point as it was 8:50 and they close at 9 so no point in trying to get them to make my order. Hopefully this isn’t a new norm because it is usually a good fast place for pizza.
