Y’all should shut this place down. No one answers the drive thru, no one answers the phone. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes before finally getting talked to. Waited and extra 20 minutes after that. Waiting that long, the food should have been decent at least, but no.

This was my “pizza” remake. The dough was so thing and they put too much toppings on top so it was just sliding off. You couldn’t even hold a slice without them sliding off. Very disappointed.

Last time for me. Waited over 25 min for a cheese pizza. Since everyone else got their food that came in after us I finally asked about our order and was assured our pizza was coming out next. Another person that has been waiting for 5 min for his food got his and left. Again I asked about our order and this time was told that the manager never put our pizza in the oven.

At this point, I’m surprised people aren’t getting fired already for slowing business down because people aren’t being served correctly. I’ve been here 3 times within the last month and everytime I’ve been disappointed, there’s been times I’ve had to wait close to an hour just for 2 simple pizzas. I refuse to go to this location now because it’s the same everytime.. no one comes to the window, the wait time is forever and in the background the workers are just goofing off to each other not worried about the customers that need served. Any other little Caesar’s is quick with good service that id recommend any day …AND they have less workers yet still get it done

Every time I come here something with my order is billed improperly and it always seems to be a huge hassle to have anything refunded. Last time I was here I was billed for an extra pizza that I did not order. I was told that the GM was not in and therefore my order could not be refunded until he got there. Was assured that I would be refunded my $6 when he arrived, yet I never got my refund. Will never order here again.

We used the drive through for pickup…our pizza was not what we ordered. It had way too much sauce on it, most of which was right next to the crust which made it a soggy mess. Too bad…the product could be good. The phone connection was horrible, and frankly it sounded like a bunch of children playing a game of restaurant. We will not be going back.

I was just there and waited for 10 minutes at the counter for someone to just take my order. With one person behind me. When my phone rang I left my bank card sitting on the counter and took 2 or 3 steps away from the counter to answer a call when the cashier came out. Then proceeded to ask the gentleman behind me for his order and clearly saw me standing there and overlooked me. Then didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or anything.. She was completely rude and doesn’t need to work there at all she has no respect at all.. Horrible experience…

Literally nothing positive to say about this Little Caesar’s… I’ve been here 3 times the first my crazy bread was completely uncooked. The second I ordered regular crazy bread and was given cheesy bread… and the last time was today. Today I went to the drive through, waited 30 minutes with TWO cars ahead of me. Two men working inside were incredibly dry and acted like I was not supposed to be at the drive through or I was inconveniencing them. Waited 10 more minutes for my crazy bread and when they brought it out it was HARD on the outside, raw on the inside and had garlic butter dripping off it but none of the garlic flakes or whatever they are. Tasted disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. Literally a nightmare at this place.

Came to pick up a DoorDash order. There were more employees in there than there are in any other location around here. Too busy picking music, SHOPPING IN THE GAS STATION, and who knows what else. Slowest group of crack heads ive ever seen in my life. I have no idea how any of them are still employed after reading other reviews.
