It’s not a high-end pizza place but it’s good for a cheap, quick bite. I ordered 4 pizzas online, including the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and they were all good and we’re ready to pick up at the estimated time.

Placed an online order, everything was pulled to one side as if they dropped it or slid it in roughly to the box. One side of the box ( the side all the toppings were) was covered in grease to show how it was against the box. Called in to say be more careful in the future. No refunds needed, just displeased.

Normally I would give this location at least 4 stars but tonight after a 5 hour drive home we stopped to locked doors at 8:45 pm. I was able to make a mobile order and go through the drive through. My order is still not ready. When told to wait out front I asked if someone was going to bring it out since the doors are locked and the dark haired girl assured me she would. I’m not sure what’s going on but a sign at the least on the door would have been considerate. There were several walk ups from the neighborhood who had to walk through the drive through, which I believe may be a violation of some sort. I will be contacting corporate support as well. This is concerning for those who are not fortunate enough to have a vehicle and an inconvenience to a family of 4 with a 3 year old autistic daughter after again, 5 hour drive. Let’s not leave out the gigantic hole in the drive through that could easily cause rim damage if you were unaware of the crater that consumed my other low profile car’s front bumper and rim. When our food finally came we asked for a side of banana peppers because honestly I felt like an inconvenience and forgot to ask when told to wait out front… Where the employee promptly allowed my husband inside to pay extra even after this ordeal. We’re finally on our way home with hot and ready pizza at 9:02 pm.

The food is always exceptional for its price the wait when they are busy is minimal and no orders have been incorrect to date. What would make it a 5/5 I’d if they’d do my request to put the pizza back in half way to make mine well done. Otherwise everything about this store is wonderful for fast pizza.

This is a great place to go if you want to get a pizza really quick for a low price. The breadsticks are good and the dipping sauce is delicious. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget and loves to eat pizza.

Hot n ready is a lie, past several times had to wait 30+ minutes on breadsticks, 3 people i know have gotten food poisoned from the pizza. Not a fan of waiting 30+ minutes on breadsticks. These young employees are probably in the back making TikTok videos instead of actually working, I could almost guarantee, why else would it take 20-30 minutes on something thats supposed to be ” Hot n Ready.” Do something about Management issues or you will shut down!
