It’s not that great I worked there.. there short staffed and under paid no one follows any rules hell store manager still lets old employees come in and make free food on top your other manager trades free food for drugs. Their truck rotation is not done right so slight slimy ham an onions an green peppers are served. The owner even pays for expired cheese at a lower cost. No one cares there we basically serve you out dated food.

I always order from the app. As I’m building my custom order, I always select Well Done bake as an option. My order is NEVER well done and the pizza doughy like it’s not completely done baking. I’ve sent a feed back complaint but never heard a word back from the franchise owner or management. To me, it seems as if their business is so big, they don’t value their customers or try to help resolve issues.

VERY POOR Customer service! I ordered three pizza’s online. To try to get you to try their thin crust pizza, they advertised a deal…large thin crust pizza with two toppings for $8.99… so I ordered one to give it a try. When I got the pizza’s home, the thin crust only had one topping on one side. I called to tell them and the man said, well, you need to bring the pizza back with the receipt. I told them that I had the receipt and a picture of the pizza but that I had a group already eating the pizzas. He put his manager on and I told her the same thing and she said that I needed to bring the pizza back. I told her that that is not how they had done it in the past and She said, (IN A REALLY RUDE VOICE) “well, too bad. You have to bring the pizza back in. Do you want a remake or not?” At this point I was getting frustrated and told her that that was really bad customer service and that I wouldn’t be ordering there any more and she said, “I don’t care if you do or not. You want a remake, you bring the pizza back” and she started yelling at me, telling me that was their policy and to “take it or leave it”.

New building great employees ! We tried the pepperoni and extra cheese/ pepperoni cheese stuffed crust – very buttery loaded with pepperoni and cheese and covered in butter and Parmesan cheese!! Definitely happy they stopped overloading with corn meal!! I don’t want cornbread on my pizza!! We had a pizza taste off between Little Cesar’s and Gino’s literally across the road from each other!!!

It’s the basic definition of pizza. Nothing extraordinary or even memorable for that matter. But you get what you pay for and if you’re a bit light in the wallet, it’ll suffice. The crazy bread is really the best thing on the menu and even it isn’t overwhelming.
