One of the worst we have had. We order online and then have to wait an hour before we get the pizza. The drive thru is extremely slow and they tell us it’s being prepared after that they say it’s being baked. At least 10 cars got orders while we waited. Lastly how you give buffalo ranch sauce for pizza and extra at that when it should have been garlic. Never will go back

I would have given 0 stars would it have let me. This is by far the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. They have zero sense of urgency nor are they capable of getting an order correct. A hot n ready? yea right they never have anything ready drive-thru or pick up. Your best bet is order 3 hours before you want it.

This Saint Albans, WV store has went so far downhill it is insane. Half the staff is rude, especially the female manager. Even if I make the order online, they still don’t have it ready on time. I have heard the young dark haired girl trash talk about customers when her window is almost fully closed. SO many times my order has been wrong or/and burnt. On a couple of occasions I have had to go in to get my food after they have me to pull around and wait…because they forgot about me. One time I ordered online, went to pick it up and they had still not opened up. Some employees seen me waiting at the window and looked at me then ignored me. I sat there for almost 10 minutes before seeing the young girl run across the street, go in and then come to the drive thru window. That order was burnt and shorted me dipping sauce. When Rick was the manager there, him and his team were amazing and had their ducks in a row. There use to be a black lady there and she was really nice, but I don’t think she’s there anymore. I have called in a complaint, and NO One has contacted me like promised. Yesterday was the last straw. They need to get that staff on the right track or close down until they find a manager and team to replace the current ones. The owners of this store need to address these issues.

Good deal to feed the family at an affordable price. The taste if their sauce is inconsistent at times, but good deal good pizza. Also, if u haven’t tried an Italian cheese bread (ICB). You really should and if u get a crazy bread you don’t have to pay for the extra sauce. Yall enjoy
