This is in no way against the employees. This store is struggling so bad and I feel bad for getting an attitude with the guy managing yesterday. We are looking to start an active petition to shut down this location till general management are willing to properly staff this location. It is unfair what they are putting on 2 and 3 employees on days like the first of the month in a Friday. It is absurd! Though I did see racial favoritism my main complaint is lack of staffing.

Store is outdated and looks run down. Past three times I have ordered a pizza through the app for pickup in the pizza portal has been a disaster. I get to the store and look in the pizza portal and I notice there are a few pizza’s placed in there but no names are on the portal saying who’s they are. Even putting in my portal code did nothing. Then you wait around for someone that works there to help and they are either to busy arguing amongst themselves or act like your not even there. As far as the pizza goes. You’re getting what you pay for. If you order a $7 pizza you can bet your going to get what looks to be a $4 pizza. Half done toppings, either no sauce or way to much. Every once in a blue moon you will get a pizza that looks as good as it tastes but this is far and few in between. I don’t know what happened to Little Caesars Pizza but it sure isn’t what it use to be.

Contacted corporate. We placed the order drove 20 minutes and when we got there it wasn’t ready. No big deal we thought we waited over an hour. We finally got the pizzas and drove home to find out the order was messed up. The Batman cheese CALZONE was pepperoni instead, not cut, no sauce and still doughy. The sausage pizza wasn’t cut either. So we had one edible pizza.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to call ahead to order and no one answered 5 times. So i drive there and walk in. Manager sees me and walks off second i walk in the door. No one says a word to me. Stood at the register for 5 minutes with another customer behind me as one extremely unfriendly worker walked around and manager came back and sat at the window with no customers staring at her phone and kept side eyeing me. Finally had to ask if anyone was working the register before I was given acknowledgment only to be told by the rude worker that they aren’t taking any cash. What a joke. If you dont want to work in customer service just stay home. Last time my family does business here. I’ll just drive across town. Get you sht together.

One star rating overall Because I just went there tonight. Pull up to the window. And the person told me that they learn longer take cash they take card now either they uneducated to count money and two when I work there me staff we had at the time making pizza and putting them in oven in 15 minutes ppl was taking server in about ten so they need get ball rolling speed up and don’t go there u be waiting around for about 1 hour that place going down hill ever sense I left

There were too many people on line and just waiting around for their pizza. The pizza was kind of dry and the sauce and toppings were in the center but didn’t come out very far to the edge so it was not great but it was ok. The person taking the order seemed to have a hard time understanding that we wanted half with mushrooms and half sausage. They kept mentioning the right and left sides of the pizza so we went with it and it came out right.

Front door always locked . They never answer the phone when you try to do a call in order. When you do a order online. They will not pull your ticket until you get there then make your order and you still have to wait. They act like it hasn’t came through yet even though it has been over 30 mins since you put order in. I order online before I leave my house in Reidsville and they act like they have not gotten the order until 10 mins after I have gotten there. I have seen the staff cuss out customers. I have also seen staff mouth. I wish these people would get TF out of here.
