One pizza was cooked through the other looked like it was pulled out early and slapped in the box. Staff was very nice but they’ve just gotta be a little bit more consistent with the product. It’s been great every other time I’ve ate from there, so I’m being as fair as possible.

Their pizza has always been okay but we got some last night that tasted just like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Some of the slices barely had any cheese and was all crust. It looked like it wasn’t cooked enough as only the cheese towards the middle was melted all the way.

Didn’t even make it to the pick up stage. Worst experience just with a phone call! Tried calling to see if we needed to call ahead for hot and ready- was hung up on, after the young lady argued with a coworker while I was in the phone. Called back, explained we were disconnected and that I wanted to place an order. Was spoken so rudely too- that I told her to have a nice day and would not be ordering. If you are miserable, having a bad day, or hate your job- have someone else take orders and answer the phone.

The most unprofessional and dysfunctional Little Caesars that I’ve ever been to. This place has horrible service! Good luck getting your pizza within a hour. Employees are rude and have meltdowns over the simplest orders. It’s just a bunch of kids running around trying to figure out what to do. This location should be closed!

Tried to order 6 pizzas was told we could only get 1 kind and everything else was going to be over an hour. Still ended up waiting 45 min for the ” hot and ready” pizzas that were supposed to be the only ones available. The girl waiting on us was the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with.

Went here around 7 pm nothing was hot and ready had to wait 10 mins just for order to be taken then had to wait 20 more minutes for food to cook … the whole parking lot was full of people also waiting 30 mins for hot and ready this place needs new management and staff…. They should know peaks and what to expect to have those things hot and ready…

Placed an online order amd went to the store to pick up. There was no one at the counter for a good 10 minutes when we got there, order was supposed to be ready 5:55-6:00pm but at 6:10 it wasn’t ready. Didn’t get a notification when it was ready or anything. Pretzel crust had a weird chemical taste, not enough pepperoni on extra most bestest.

My family and I ordered pizza at Caesars pizza tonight in Lynchburg Virginia. I believe there’s only one here in the town.. when I called to place an order, my first question was do they take Apple Pay and they told me yes. So we proceeded to order a very large number of pizzas and chicken wings. However, when we got there to pick up our order, they refuse to take Apple Pay, and they refused to do anything else such as get my credit card number from a family member over the phone or anything else-they were totally unwilling to assist us and they were extremely rude. We asked to speak with a manager (because one of her employees said they accept Apple Pay, and we drove quite a distance), and she was just as rude as her employees. I understand if they had no means of accepting Apple Pay or anything else, but what I do not understand is her total lack of Customer Service and her rudeness. We would’ve gladly went to an ATM if she would have just dealt with the situation properly. She has to be one of the worst managers I have ever seen run a fast food restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and after being treated so rudely, I will never go back there. And I will highly suggest to anyone I know not to go to this Caesars pizza . At least not until there’s a change of management. I can’t help but ask myself how do these people get hired in a management position when they do not even know a clue about Customer Service?
