I always love getting Little Ceasars, but this time, it wasn’t as good as usual. I placed my order online and asked for a well-done crust, but my thin crust pizza was not crispy. I also had a set pick-up time and waited 15 minutes on someone to come to the counter so I could pick my order up – the portal apparently wasn’t working. I’ll give them another chance, but I was pretty disappointed this go round .

Ordered a Fanceroni a few weeks ago. It was not made correctly so the manager very kindly offered me a replacement for another time. I called today for the free replacement. My son took longer getting there than usual to pick it up due to heavy traffic. The manager told him the pizza had been made and sitting there for awhile and she didn’t want to hear any complaints this time. Very rude and unprofessional thing to say.

During this pandemic, people have showed how much they don’t care about doing their job. The little ceasers in Salem still cares! Pizza typically comes out hot and plenty of cheese. Great to see we still have some people willing to work after this pandemic.

Little Caesars always gets a solid 3-star rating from me pretty much no matter which one it is. It’s trash Pizza, but it’s cheap and it’s actually still pretty good. Decent service at this location, pizzas are generally always hot and ready outside of the weekends.

Absolutely disgusting. I went in to get another Pizza because they don’t seal the box on delivery.. I am not eating a pizza if the box is not sealed I don’t trust people. I got to the store and returned that pizza only to see that the girl was handling her phone and then proceeded to make another pizza for me without washing her hands. just a horrible experience all around

They have good pizza and I absolutely love their cheesy bread!! It’s amazing!! The pizza obviously isn’t as good as the more expensive places like Pizza Hut or Domino’s but it’s still good pizza, especially for the price! I got 2 large pizzas and some cheesy bread for just $20! And the staff are ALWAYS friendly and kind every time!
