Ordered lots of pizza for my kids birthday party online for pickup 4 days early. Went to get them and they had a sign on the door saying closed oven is broken. Called the other little caesars and they can not take the order and I would have to pay again but they can’t make them in time anyway. Waited on hold with the corporate office for an hour and they said the manager of that store was going to call me. No call. No refund. Called corporate again, on hold another hour. Same response. Had to have my credit card company return payment. This place is a joke!!

Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Staff just closes the store at random times for no reason. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and it was literally their normal pizza smothered in salt.

Well I ordered TWO pizzas in person at the location, and after waiting about half an hour, they got one of the two wrong, which I didn’t notice til I got home because it was so sweltering hot in there that I didn’t want to stay another second than needed. No wonder they didn’t get the order right, the employees were probably suffering from heat stroke. Won’t be back, not because of the service but because the company can’t provide a pleasant place to work OR to purchase their items.

I went to this one actually sitting here now. I called six times to order before I arrived to 5 employees standing around 2 was conversating 1 was sitting in the corner on the his sell phone and one was at back door doing idk what, then the young lady great customer, but couldn’t answer why Noone was answering the phone . But she did apologize and continue to help with order, I figure she was new because she ask the guy that was conversating about a unworkable subject on how to key in my trio. . There also was one other customer that seemed to be a bit frustrated about a situation with his order. I really think it was very rude and come to find out it was a shift manager whom the young lady addressed the item about. . That situation was very unpleasant for to try to forehand place a order to arrive to still have to place it after six unanswered calls and to enter building to see that those other four was not doing there job . And not handling customers phone calls to add business to the company establishment. Hard days work ,and trying to enjoy the taste of little Ceasars out of the many I have visited I have never experienced this type of service and inconvenience. Please get them in order. 7:58 is the time now . Hungry as hell and got to wait extra. I usually don’t do this posting stuff but someone must nip it in the bud. Thnk you

Walked in and asked if there were any hot and ready pies and the employee turned around to look and said yes we have a cheese and a pepperoni ready. I said awesome let me get those and one of those breadsticks on the rack. He said cool and gave me the total so I paid. After paying he said it’ll be about 15 minutes…..I then asked what about the ones I just asked about?? He said no they were for another customer. Total lack of understanding the question. If I knew I would’ve had to wait, I would’ve ordered a couple specialty pizzas. Very off and out there…

There is a Little Caesars in Stony Creek Virginia in a truck stop located right off of 95 South. It is amazing, the workers not only work for Little Caesars but they work for the store as well. Even though they don’t have a lot of the toppings that your other little Caesars have they accommodate to the best of their ability. I also go to a Little Caesars in Petersburg, the pizza is good but never as cheesy and delicious as the Little Caesars in Stony Creek.

I asked for my Stix and slices to be made all Stix. We have had this done at every Little Caesars we’ve ever been to. The guy told me he couldn’t. Can you image that at any other restaurant? No variation, no customer service. That’s like ordering a hamburger and being told that you can’t have it with ketchup. We walked out to do business elsewhere.
