Waited 30 minutes to get food. Was asked 4 times what i had ordered and paid for. Then was still given the wrong food. Store was way behind and kept on taking orders getting even farther behind. Very poor management on 8/31/23

Very disappointed in the food. Couldn’t order the pizza I wanted at this time they were only doing pepperoni. Order order of wings they taste like rubber. Very disappointed ☹️. One whole hour for 3 pizzas. I literally could have drove to the Iron Bridge location and back TWICE and the pizza still would not have been ready. Severely unorganized and unproductive. Owners/managers please introduce a leveling system for you dinner hours. This is the second time in seven days I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes for pizza that’s supposed to be hot and ready. .

Several negative reviews here so I wanted to leave a positive one. We had a great experience! We ordered online for pickup at the pizza portal. The items we ordered were placed into the portal right at the estimated time from when we ordered. The order was ready fast. It was accurate and delicious. The store was incredibly clean. We will definitely go back! Great job to the team working today!!
