This location is hit or miss… mostly miss. I have given this store so many chances as it is the only location in Suffolk. I realize how mediocre this store is every time I grab a pizza from other locations. I tried the deep dish today for the first time, it was so soggy and disgusting…. not crispy at all. The pizza’s are always undercooked and either have way too much sauce or not enough. I’m done with this location.

Went here and picked up 5 pizzas for my daughters birthday sleepover. The pizzas were great, made perfectly. The 2 working the counter on the other hand, were all over the place. It was packed full of customers and they were taking forever to get people’s food, constantly talking to each other and messing with their hair. The person getting my pizzas mixed up my order with another person’s order as well. I checked my stuff in my truck and realized it before I left, thankfully

the supreme pizza was excellent . I had a gift card that I wanted to use .. but it was not working .. I called the number on the back of the gift card .. I entered the number and they gave me the smt on my card.. but the manager was unable to process the card for payment . not too happy about that .

Let me say our move to Suffolk has been eventful. However when the Little Caesar app didn’t take my order but took my money the manager Amber was very understanding and still allow my family to have lunch. Thank you Amber and we’ll definitely be back.
