Tight spot, food is good but you get what you pay for. Last time I went in I’m pretty sure the guy I was talking to was high. He asked one of the customers how close to 10 it was while he was on register and they have a clock in the waiting area. Didn’t greet me or anything. I work in customer service, I get its tough but atleast do the bare minimum.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a veggie pizza and it’s pineapple and bbq sauce. It was very good!! The pizza was hot, fresh and seasoned well. The pizza was ready quickly and appropriately priced. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was a bit disappointed that I could not get a smaller size such as a personal pan but otherwise I was very pleased.

Bad Customer Service. As a new location, great customer service should be the first priority. Walked in and asked for a pizza and a young girl said they didn’t have it but acted like they didn’t want to make it. So I get a different one, secondly I asked for wings, and she again said they didn’t have any. When I said I would wait and she went onto the back and her face said it all. She didn’t want to make it I’m guessing it took time. That’s not what bother me if you run out of something it’s okay but don’t take out your frustrations out on the customers. Not the only one I saw this happening too.

Customer service was the worst. They debated with another customer before me and when I got my food, it was as if I disturbed them. Open the pepperoni pizza and half was cut like normal and the other half was cut in squares. Not paying attention. I will not return. More training is needed.

I normally use the tap payment option with my card. They told me to insert card because the reading didn’t work. Next day I see someone duplicated my card information, my bank suspects it was in this place where they got my card information from since my card was used later that day and this was the only place I went to and used chip payment. If you use tap your card info can’t be duplicated. Be careful with this location!!! Never going again, which is a shame since I’d get pizza there every other weekend!

I am very disappointed in the Parham Rd location! I ordered and paid for a pizza, crazy bread and sauce and a 2 liter of pepsi online last night and scheduled a pickup for 945 pm because they show online that they close at 10pm . I arrived at 949 to pick up and store was closed and no lights on inside, store hours sign says they are open until 10pm and there was a paper hand written sign on door that says “Online Only”. I called a few minutes ago 1245 pm and no answer and it eventually disconnects the call so I called back and it rings and goes to a recording that says this number is no longer in service,

After not having been to one of your establishments in a very long time, I decided to stop in for pizza and crazy bread today July 4th for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread… Your product has gotten ridiculously terrible… The pizza was undercooked and reminded me of old dough being used… Very disappointed… Your company used to be much better

It’s a sad day when management can’t be bothered to turn off their OPEN sign when they’re closed due to “no staff”. It must be such a burden for them to switch it off for potential customers after typing out their day-of close sign. So much for consideration of others! It must entertain them to see people get out of their cars, pause at the door to read the first hand written sign about changed hours (which ought to be the typed one), try the door to find it locked, and then to search through the multitude of signage to find the typed one for the days’ close, then glance up to see the OPEN sign definitely still brightly lit and wonder, “What the…” Yeah, hilarious. I’ll be taking my time and money elsewhere. I highly advise you do the same, unless you like to be played the fool.

We go to little caesar’s every Friday. Last time we went to this location our pizza was undercooked. Today there was hair in it. A long piece of black hair baked into the crust of two different slices. The picture i’ve attached is a picture of this hair in the crust
