This location is awful. Understaffed, slow & in dire need of help. I placed my order online at 3:42pm. Tracked it in the app, by 4:09pm still nothing..I went inside and saw one person struggling to keep up with the orders, pizzas sitting on the counter not packed, nothing in the hot & ready ovens.I gave the associate my name and order number, and was given this burnt thin crust pepperoni pie. I’ll still with the Brook Rd. location, faster and more competent.

This place is garbage don’t waste your time or your money here it’s no such thing as “hot&ready” at this location prepare to be there at least 40 minutes just to get a burnt pizza. The service is terrible at this location I ordered at 3:04pm and left at 3:50pm with no pizza this location needs to be closed down or they need better employees. Ordered our pizza online. Pizza was ok went we walked in to get it did not see a single employee. The outside of the restaurant was awful at first I thought it was closed down and unkept. The inside didn’t seem much better. If I had not already paid for the pizza’s online I would have never eaten there. I will never again.
