When I was a child I loved when PIZZA PIZZA was in full swing. Orders came out at a designated time and you were quoted for that time. You NEVER had to wait! NOW if you come to this LC you wait and wait and wait! IF you open at 11am; you should have lunch specials READY!! We have waited over 30 minutes and STILL haven’t received pizza! However I do believe the owners were here yesterday and pizza was flying out the door; it shouldn’t take them being here for their employees to GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Pizza was ordereded online expected 6:54-6:59 was not ready until 7:10. Although, I understand there is a shortage of workers, the lack of urgency to get the orders out to customers who where waiting, was just not there. There was not apology or acknowledgement. What concerned me the most is the lack of awareness to hygiene, 3 employees who where not wearing gloves and 2 who had long hair hanging down while handling food. Do we not require hats or nets anymore, possibly a ponytail?

I placed an online order for 2 stuffed crust, pepperoni pizzas at 4:30 for pick up 5:00-5:05. When I arrived, my pizzas were ready and waiting. I was concerned that rush hour on a Fri evening would hurt me, but nope. Pizzas were fresh, delicious, and ready on time. Also, being from out of state, I was very pleased with the taste of these pizzas. I will be a repeat customer to this store!

The pizza was great but the last few times I had to wait more than half an hour for a regular cheese pizza, on one occasion I waited almost 1 hour, and I could manage that but now there is something I can’t do, there is a guy preparing the pizzas with very long hair and it’s okay if it’s their look. but the hair falls on what he prepares, he has his hair loose and I think it is disrespectful to customers, in addition to poor hygiene when preparing food for 3rd parties

We ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza for pickup and we’re extremely disappointed with what we received as soon as we picked it up and looked at it in the store. There are hardly any pepperonis on the pizza, there are sections of the pizza that have just sauce and it looks like the pizza slid around with a lot of the cheese and the few toppings that were included shifted to one side. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again.

Without fail each and every time I complete an online order it is not prepared when I arrive during the pickup time. It gets prepared once I arrive. I even try calling ahead to ensure it’s ready but I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Super frustrating.

Terrible service. Ordered online at 4:15 for a 5:15 pickup, needless to say it wasn’t ready until 5:35. Finally got it asking se real people about it. Was not put in pickup portal; finally found by someone as my order was just sitting somewhere in the back, Watched a worker mess with his hair and then open and close boxes containing someone’s food, no hand hygiene or head coverings. Seriously people you are handling other people’s food and what happened to good customer service?
