I order delivery and ordered a combo that comes with a specific soda. I get that they are busy but can’t even get a manager to speak to me because he or she to busy they charged me for an extra soda I paid for but didn’t get and reason I ordered delivery because I do not have no transportation. So I didn’t get my issue resolved and still got charged for a soda they told me that it’s to bad they can’t help because they don’t have any drivers and their manager too busy. Bad customer service. No more little Caesars for me.

Little caesars does not offer delivery threw the company. It’s threw doordash. Any delivery issues of not “receiving an item” need to be taken up with doordash, if delivery.

I approached an employee to give them a name for an order I was picking up and the employee an older overweight guy was extremely rude to me. Telling me he was in the middle of something. I was blown away just wow. His attitude was not necessarily I was just letting him know the name since he was the first boy employee up front at that moment. Very poor customer service skills.

Little Caesars is not known for being consumer friendly and “going out of their way”, but the Gloucester Little Caesars was just that. After we awaited for our pizza to be packed for take out, one of the associates came to the car and delivered the pizza smiling and cordially delivered our package. Wow… That was wonderful….
