I came in to pick up an online portal order but was missing a part of it. I had to wait for awhile for someone to finally acknowledge that there was someone standing there and help instead of having a conversation and ignoring everything else even though I was clearly visible and they saw me. The customer service at this location is usually bad so I usually go elsewhere, but this time was the worst. I fail to see how hard it is to simply acknowledge someone and help without acting bothered by having to do your job.

Pizza is what you expect for Little Caesers. But honestly there prices are getting expensive. I can go to a local pizza shop and get 2 XL pizzas for just about the same money as 2 pizzas from L.C. and taste is better. Went here today because I had an offer from Tmobile.

I like their DTW style pizza ok, but the management of the Culpeper store is sorely lacking. EXAMPLE: I walk into the Culpeper store at 1:52, hold the door for an elderly gentleman who proceeds me to the counter. He completes his order and pays. I advance to the counter and am greeted by an older man working the register. I am pretty sure from previous visits that he is the store manager. I order the lunch special (which is sold until 2pm) and he says, “Oh I am sorry that man’s is the last lunch order, we don’t sell the special after 2pm.” I look at my phone and the time is 1:59pm and literally just clicks to 2pm as I am checking it. I have already been in the store waiting in the line for over 8 minutes, well before the deadline. Wow, what great customer service, NOT. I shake my head in disbelief, I turn around and walk out. Very, very poor management. I get it, your store your rules. Well, my money, my choice… I will NOT be shopping in this store ever again.

Last few times I went there I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes just for a cheese pizza, They’re always running out. Several times they claimed to have extra cheese ready instead, which is more money, and impossible to tell if there’s really any extra cheese. The staff was playing loud music in the back, which I find unprofessional. The final straw was when the guy cutting the pizzas came out from the back, gave a customer some cash out of the register, then went back to cutting pizzas. No gloves, never washed his hands. I called him out on it and he said he wasn’t touching the pizzas, after I saw his hands actually touching the food. I haven’t been back since.

Tried ordering in a Tuesday night. I was told they were out of ranch and crazy sauce but they are still making pizza so how are you out of “crazy” sauce which goes on the pizza?!?! We left and went to Pizza Hut.

I love Little Ceasars. Their pizza is so good. Especially that Italian cheese bread. The price is ridiculously fair all things considered, however it’s best you eat the food while it’s fresh. Not nearly as good reheated, not even in the oven. This store has friendly staff and food has been on point.
