I usually pick up from dumfries because of traffic and at times go to this one. It has been fine in the past. Today though it was gross. We bought pizza and it had a funky smell. You know if you have wet clothes and don’t dry them right the clothes will smell funky. This is how to describe the smell of the pizza. It was the thin crust with pepp and sausage and we figured out it was the sausage. My kids didn’t really want to eat it either.

And Thursday evening we order two pizza and two liter drink I was charge almost $35 dollars when the driver deliver my order I only receive drink and where’s my other she that they only give her one… Not only that one is answering my calls since Thursday evening then this is what one of the pizza looks like.

If the pizza is made fresh its okay. It seems like they can never be bothered to pick up the phone. They habe a tendency to keepthe pizza for too long and still think it’s acceptable to sell to customers

Worst service ever! I was served a pizza that was folded, when I asked for a new one I was ignored by the staff. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked for a manager. The manager came out and was just as rude! He told me she had told me they were remaking the pizza. I told him she did not and he wanted to sit and argue. I am emailing corporate.

Stopped by on a Friday night to pick up a cheese and pepperoni pie before meeting up with some friends and this place gets busy! The cashier at the front was friendly and greeted each customer as they walked in. Waited about 15 mins for our order and everything came out great. Awesome quality from a pizza chain. Would return. Also recommend getting the app to place your order as they have a warming locker that they put online carry-out orders in. All you need to do is order through the app and once your food is ready, go to the store, punch in your pin at the locker to get your pizza. Convenience!!
