I’m only posting 1 star because you have to. The food was not what I ordered for my families dinner. I spent extra money for extra toppings & didn’t get them. The cheese was burnt in spots & spread way to thin for the extra money spent. I WILL NOT order from this location again!

Fist time getting pizza at this location. I like Little Caesars Pizza but this one is awful. Pizza was soggy like they prepare it ahead of time and throw it in the oven when you order. Pizza was undercooked and crust was paper thin where the cheese and sauce is and an inch thick on the edges. Sauce was tasteless…no spices. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. I ordered light sauce but it was not light sauce. This place did everything you could possibly do to screw up a pizza order. EPIC FAIL.

I LOVE little ceasers pizza so much but this location has THE WORST employees I’ve ever seen, it’s like they have ZERO training and never want to be there, the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and I’m always very nice to employees because I used to work fast food, it’s consistently bad service and they’ve given me the wrong order almost every time I’ve been there which is pretty often, at least once a month. Best advice I can give for anyone wanting little ceasers, just take the extra few minutes and go to Cumberland.

Cheesy bread is my jam! I’m just incredibly disappointed that they started charging you for the red sauce that goes with it. I had already paid with my debit card when I asked for the red sauce and they refused to give me any. Do better LC!

The Deep Dish Extra Pepperoni with a drink is $ 5.00?!? How is that even possible?!? The thick, buttery crust with succulent pepperoni melts in your mouth…. I will definitely be going back!!!

This is not longer the Little Caesar’s that we loved in the 90’s. I miss those square pizzas with the crisp pepperoni. Just the edges were crisp and reminded you of bacon. They are hot and ready any time of the day but like everything else they just are like how I remembered them. I do like the location and the speed of service. The app along with the Pizza Portal is a welcome edition to the store.

I was hoping the poor service was just from being new, but this location has some very fundamental operational problems. Nothing is ever “Hot and ready”. Be prepared to wait and make sure they got your order right.
