Placed an order over the phone for pickup. When I arrived the place was crowded, but they got me taken care of quickly. Everything was ready and waiting. The place was very clean and organized. They have an online order pickup station to make pickups easier and quicker. Located right on Dupont Hwy at the lower part of Dover.

They need help! Please get more workers. Only 2 people in the store during dinner rush. Rude to every customer, on the phone while trying to make food, making the wrong food, not ringing people up correctly, the list goes on. I have never seen a pizza joint so messed up. The red head manager who was on the phone is crying while making pizza and yelling at customers. Hot and Ready? Hot but not Ready for about 45 minutes after being yelled at and watching the manager have a breakdown.

I love it here! I came and ordered an hot and ready cheese pizza as I was ordering my 4 year old asked for the Bateman pizza our cashier then explained they no longer have that pizza my son griped alittle and she said she had the ingredients and offered to make the Pizza. This is top tier customer service! I truly appreciate Tiara’s hard work today it made me and my son super happy! This is a picture of our beautiful Batman pizza! Now I never give one star for anything but this is by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had any place.. You advertise is nice fluffy pretzel dough stuff and it’s literally a hard disgusting flatbread unedible mess… Little Caesars has made some wonderful things and I’m sure if this was properly made it would be delicious but whatever you did to this pizza is a disgrace to Pizza everywhere… Please for the love of pizza everywhere fix this before someone else gets it….

Three wing orders, Italian bread, and three pizzas. Employee shoving items into back of vending oven, asked if they were mine, I said yes but he still continued shoving them in the back, overloading size of receiving slot. Had to pull each item one out at a time and stack them on the front counter in front of customers so I could carry the tower out of the store. Did not get the ranch dipping sauce $1.50 wasted. Pizza quality has suffered. Wing sauce ran off, pooled at the bottom of containers.

Stopped in for pepperoni pizza, not only was it hot but there was no wait time. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I was really pleasantly surprised at the quick service with a smile. I will definitely be back.
