Twice I have visited once at a slowtime and once a busytime but the results are the same. 15-20 min waits just to walk out in frustration before you even place an order. Couldve just bought frozen pizza at store, took it home, and cooked it faster. Not sure whats going on with this franchise but its a total mess. They give a warning about a new POS system which may increase wait times but the staffing seems to be the issue. Just order delivery from somehwere else dont even bother walking in there

We drove sixty minutes over from DuBois for that limited time only Pretzel crust. We really love it! Super easy to order online. Getting your pizza is a different story. The portal was down at the last two locations I have visited. The poor dude at the register was taking a beating. Standing room only, with a bunch of customers that don’t know how to form a line. The whole ordeal at the register seems unnatural. Total SNAFU. My pizza was ready and paid for but it took at least teninites to get it on my hand and out the door. For a tasty $7 pizza I couldn’t be mad though.

I never actually gotten a pizza anywhere close to the time it says it is ready. It’s always at least 15 minutes beyond that time. The restaurant itself is rundown, the self-service pizza portal has been broken for months, and there are hand-typed signs all over the place. It’s just a weird kinda dirty slow-service place with mediocre pizza. But my son loves their food so I just deal with it.

Got pizza here multiple times. Their supreme is very good. Downside to this location is that there are no chairs to sit on while you wait for your order and their online ordering machine is broken.

They don’t answer the phone, it will ring and ring and ring. Or they also enjoy playing the game of picking up the phone and immediately hanging up the phone. I don’t know if we should consider ourselves lucky because 90% of the time the food isn’t worth the gas to go pick it up.

The staff today deserve a raise and a paid vacation for what they had to endure! Phone and computer systems were completely down and the sweetest girl admitted she had only been there two weeks and they only had 3 people making over 15 orders. Not a soul in that building was upset. They were amazing props I hope your GM sees this and recognizes all you did and how you managed to keep the store open and with amazing customer service. Honesty always prevails. Great job crew!

Unfortunately since new management, both little Caesars locations have gone down hill. The hot and ready portal has been down for weeks. Never any pizza ready and wait times have increased. The store itself looks sloppy and unmanned. Please clean up your act!
