I bought three crazy bread combos was charged for. Got none of the sauce for them. The breadsticks tasted cold and for a 3rd time a hot and ready was so gross and dried out. The manager did nothing to make any of there errors right!30 bucks worth of inedible pizza no offer to replace, refund the overcharges for the combos I didn’t get

Is it the greatest pizza in the world? Of course not but when you need a lot of pizza for a party at the prices they have you can’t go wrong. I ordered 5 pizzas a few days ahead of time and they had them ready for me at the exact time I asked for. Staff was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in no time. Also the kids loved it so in the end that’s what mattered most.

2nd time in the past 6 weeks I have gotten a hot and ready. Only to find after I got home that it was overcooked and stale, like made at lunchtime stale. It is rock hard slightly warm. If thus is how you run your business it’s no wonder not alot of people going there anymore.

After having pre ordered we waited 45 mins after we went to pick up our food. Eventually after having to ask we were told they’d messed up our pizza and had to remake it, then after waiting more time the clerk called the manager out and we were asked if we’d like some free brownies and Xtra marinara. Really they should have offered to just give us the long awaited food order free or a coupon for a future free pizza. Not impressed.

I’ve been a fan of this store for some time now. My original picture was taken in 2019 and it still stands true today! The quality and efficiency of this store far surpasses most Little Caesars in Pennsylvania. They do everything in their power to make sure that your order is ready and fresh as soon as you get it! I’ve actually have been witness to somebody being handed their food, then, dropped it on the floor because of their own error, and Little Caesars remade all of their food, at no extra cost. I would agree that the parking at this particular location could be better, but really, it couldn’t be. Given where they’re located and how the roads are situated, there really is no room for improvement. However, right across the street is a Burger King and directly next door is a plaza that has plenty of parking and normally is closed after 5:00. I don’t recommend you park there long, but long enough to get your order.

I swing buy in hopes of grabbing a lunch combo and an Italian cheesy bread before work. It’s not my first time here, so I assumed I’d have to wait like usual for my order to be made since it’s after 1pm. I was right was told it would take a little and having planned for that, sat and waited. When it was done and I went to pay, I had only $50 bills. It’s my first time in a while paying cash and there were no signs saying they didn’t take larger bills. So I went to pay with a 50 and was denied. Staff stated their boss didn’t want them taking large denominations. Had there been a sign, I would have used the 10+ minutes to go somewhere to get change. But no, I get the hot food dangled in front of me then pulled away like my hard earned cash isn’t good enough. At which point I don’t have time to go somewhere for change or I’d be late for work. I work as a nurse and I’m a veteran and I’ve never been so infuriated and humiliated that my money couldn’t get me two small things.

The hot and ready section was fully stocked. I got crazy bread, cheesy bread, 2 pizzas, and sauces with their dessert brownies. The price is affordable, all that food and 2 drinks was like $35
